Went in this location to find a specific battery. After checking there battery display I couldn't find the right mAh but they did carry lower ones. So I went down the main aisle and asked a tall tattooed gentleman if he could help me. Real sarcastically he said the batteries are right there. He was so rude I didn't even try to explain I was looking for a certain size. I will never go to this location again. Rude rude rude!!!

Went in this Tuesday night to get more paint for our living room. Was greeted by numerous staff members, that were all very friendly and helpful. They even offered to load my paint into my car on a rainy night (and did). I will definitely return to this location. Great experience! Thanks for going above and beyond!

I walked around in there for a few minutes the selection was nice and it was organized but the employees kind of suck I needed help I try to flag someone down but there's these three older men having a whole conversation and you can hear it through the entire store very loud like man I'm just trying to buy a toilet seat and I needed you guys to check like come on.

We stopped in to check out grill and smoker options. Ken was absolutely fantastic! He educated us on all of the options available and took the time to talk us through the functions since we've never had a pellet grill before. We ended up with a Traeger and we're really looking forward to using it!

Bought paint and color was not right. Went back and the guy at the paint section, Finn, was great. Worked hard to darken our color. The older guy was a jerk. Said "we cant change the color"! Wont shop there again! Good luck Finn!

Terrible customer service. Went in today to buy some landscape fabric. It was on sale on their website, available to pick up in store. Cashier and another gentleman were adamant that they can't honor the sale price in store. I would have to do an online order and wait 30 minutes for a pickup ticket to come through for the sale then I can get my items. I was not waiting in the store for an online order just to get items that were already at the register. I've worked several retail jobs and never once had a manager or store owner that would turn down a guaranteed sale like that. This was only my second visit to this location and will be my last. First time in wasn't bad, just that the item I wanted was $70 cheaper from another seller.Update: Response received from owner.Employee in store told me it took 30 minutes for an order to go through and not once did an employee offer to order from a computer in store. I had the items at the register ready to checkout in store. I'm not sure why they couldn't honor the sale and adjust the price. I've seen it done at many other establishments. No, I will not give this place another chance.

Definitely has some stocking issues, but the worst part is the prices, usually I can get the same product on eBay/Amazon for half to quarter the price as in store, and unfortunately that’s the main reason mom and pop shops are going out of business.

This place is such a scam. I get giveaways in the mail to give the incentive to shop there. This has happened many times. Every single time I have gone there this guy is conveniently out of the giveaway items. I think he puts two of the items out and then tells customers that there was a run on them and he is all out of them.If he is that cheap and deceptive he shouldn’t offer any promotional giveaways.I have bought many things from this store and spent a lot of money there and this is how he treats his customers?I’m done with this Ace hardware store.I’m all for Valu home centers. They treat their customers right and have a cash rewards club that is fair and generous and they don’t conveniently run out of items. They were Duracell batteries. A very common item. If they don’t have an ample supply they shouldn’t be advertising a giveaway for them. Don’t use the Pandemic as an excuse.So long D&L Ace store.

Every single time my husband or I go in here, it is an easy, wonderful and educational experience! The men here don't rush you. They take their time explaining things especially if you are a beginner handyman! I believe the prices are good. The customer service is outstanding. I went while I was pregnant and they even carried out my stuff to my car! You don't hear of this anymore! We do not go anywhere else now for our needs. We went to Hectors on Transit and were treated awful everytime. We're so happy we found ACE!

Highly recommend checking out Manny's if you need to take a trip to the hardware store. They have everything, with a wide selection to choose from on almost anything you are looking for. Prices are fair and usually better than the big box stores with the added benefit of exceptional customer care and service. Check it out for yourself!

I purchased an order online on the 3rd, it allowed me to choose with day I wanted it to be delivered, so I choose the 9th a Friday. It’s currently the 12th so I called to see what’s going on. They said they just got it yesterday, the 11th and built it and will be delivered today. I wish I was just kept on an update and was told that it was going to be late. I wish I would have known instead of left in limbo. The icing on the cake is when they just hung up on me mid conversation. Anytime I have gone in store I have had phenomenal service, so I am just disappointed in the online service. And email or phone call would have been nice.

I ordered a grill from them. Initially it had to be ordered. No worries, I scheduled delivery for the following Saturday. Waited for half a day with no phone call or delivery, so I called them. The seemingly confused person that answered told me that Manny will call me back. He did and despite several hiccups that followed, he made it right. With new business, things like that will happen, it's how you resolve them that counts.
