The manager was friendly when my gf accidentally dropped a soda and it blew up in thier cooler. Other then the lack of cashiers and the ridiculously long line...a good experience doent come for kitty litter however

I love this store, it usually has what I'm looking for, and obviously the prices are awesome. I always buy my sponges and craft stuff from here, and party supplies. It's the best store for basic stuff!

The manager at this location is excellent! I see products here that I have never seen before. She stocks a lot of crossword puzzle books, which I love. Everything is so orderly and clean despite the amount of traffic. All the cashiers are so friendly.

I used to love this store. However, it's gone down hill. The Cashier during the week was extremely rude earlier today. First, she and one of the other employees spent 2 minutes cracking each other up while a line formed and they just stood there joking. (I was second in line.) Then after she finally got around and cashed out the person before me and I was offloading my cart on the belt, she actually called the lady who had just arrived behind me and told her to come ahead of me because she "Only had a couple items." I already had let the customer ahead of me go ahead of me, I patiently waited while she checked out the customer ahead of me. Then she pushed me back and made me wait behind someone else who had just arrived because she only had a couple items. Yeah, I've been coming here regularly since Covid but that's over now if this is how I am going to be treated.

I'm beyond disappointed with this store! It used to be clean all the the time. I think that's why I stick by the one in Alden. I just walked out of there 5 mins ago. There is so much garbage everywhere!! This store here in D&L plaza is so disgusting! A mess in almost all the aisles! Really?!!!! Poor management here! They need to clean up all that garbage! The shelves are a disaster! 😳 Don't think I'll be back this way again unfortunately 😏

Wife and i went in store bout 130pm weds 11/2/22 spent 10 minutes getting what wife wanted(xmas items) went to registor n 3 employees were up there 1 guy by reg no light so told wife hes not open (she went to him ) reg with light had cashier scanning items from hand basket alot items - so my wife walked up( no customer was there) cashier looked up and said "ya gotta move back theres a customer here n im scanning her) just the lady came up from front- wasnt as if we crowded the registor we just came up to belt( which had absolutely nothing on it all her items were in basket ) lady returned with more few more items-- but the cashier acted n said so nastily ya gotta move back- I told my wife covid rules are over n forget our cart lets just leave - obviously they didnt need our business- no the guy standing at reg could have said ill take you or other women that was up near by but - nope only one said anything was just loud mouth cashier that lets people shop as she scans there items n acts nasty to older people-- well there are plenty of stores around i will n my wife wont ever go back there..

I love this store! Everything is a dollar or less. New items come in regularly and they keep up with the seasons and holidays. There are a lot of other stores here too. It's in a small plaza with Tops supermarket, a liquor store, Big Lots and more. McDonald's, Dollar General and more are right across the street. It's a very nice area.

not well stocked always empty things on the shelves and managers are not nice, they are rude and same with the cashier as well they need to hair people that have experience in retail and hospitality for sure and people that have great customer skills. I don't know if ill keep shopping at this store at all. also the floor is nasty and thing on it and there is trash always on the floor. if they fix all of this then I would shop at the store again.

Their was one cashier working, and it took a long time for me to get to the cashier. The woman in front of me tried to pay with a check. Can you believe that? A store that still takes checks. The check froze the the register. I waited for nothing. STOP TAKING CHECKS.

This Dollar Tree is a little smaller than others so they don't have the coolers with food items for sale. Other than that it is well stocked !
