Big Lots is another one of my go to stores to save a few dollars. Stopped by to in search for Christmas decorations. All there Christmas stuff was 25% off at the time of my visit.

The best prices for Holiday and Seasonal Decorations. If you see something you like, buy it because the Holiday Decorations go real fast.That applies to ordering online too. Can order online for delivery to your house or pickup at a number of their locations. Good Prices on toiletries and some specialty food items. Seasonal and specialty Items move quick and get a variety of items. Household items such as towels, sheets, vacuums, coffee pots, etc are reasonably priced but limited variety.

I am a seven year old woman, and just moved to Depew, I went to big lots on Broadway, and it was so nice, they were two young men. I'm going to try to say his name. Minhaz he was very helpful. Helping me get stuff high up some stuff I couldn't even reach, the second guy his name was James so polite and pleasant, and he sold me a table, they were both so pleasant and polite, it looks like i'll be doing all my business there, Minhaz asked me if I need help to put the stuff in the car, you have two great employees, went to give him a tip, and he said that's not necessary. I'm just doing my job, there should be more people like them.

I am usually left to shop without aggressive sales associates. Assistance is normally offered if I need it. The store is well organized and clean. Checkout is quick and efficient. Staff is friendly. Cashier Terri will bag purchases in the manner you like - ask BEFORE she starts.

Really nice inside. I love the new selection. They really have upped their game.But the consistent thing that makes this big lots special is the staff. Everyone and mean everyone are nice, helpful and looking to make your shopping experience amazing.I recommend joining the loyalty program. Because you get early announcements of 20% friends and family.

I visited big lots online and found it kinda of disappointing. I was looking for a childs foam armchair and even though it was advertised it was unavailable at every store I attempted to look at. Overall though I found their website fairly easy to use and they had a wide variety of other items that were similar to what I was looking for. Also using the website will save you the trouble of driving to the store to see if an item is in stock or not. You can just search the item and see if it's available or not and if it is you have the option of buying online and picking it up at the store or having it delivered which is nice

Friendly staff was asked if I needed help. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of fall decor and a sneak peak at the Christmas decor. Looked like the new could blend with last year's line up . I actually went in for bathroom needs and checked out the seasonal line up . Also liked the fireplaces and heavier quality of tables and chairs. I think it is worth a look if you need things for your home

Not the deal they once were. Can purchase most of their goods and food items for less in local food stores or Walmart. Only good deals are when they have their 20% of weekends.

I take back most of the last negative review of Big Lots. Looked for the same item today on hhe website and found 1 available. Instead of running to the location I ordered it then and there. Got a confirmation of the order and about an hour later got a your order is ready for pickup. Very satisfied with the whole transaction.

Big Lots has it all. Went on the day it rained so hard the parking lot was flooded and my vehicle was in a foot of water. Fun walking through that to drive off. Overall great store.

Went to buy a couch and what they had there was nothing that I liked so we went to big lots in west Seneca and I found my couch and bought it and took it home ,love the couch.

We had RetailMeNot app it said if you spend $50 you get $10 off your bill if you spend a hundred you get $20 off your bill Etc. Well we spent $59 and they did not honor the coupon. Manager said they only honor their own. So we had to pay the full price what a disappointment. But I will tell you the store look great!

In my opinion some of the prices are a bit high. Not on all items but a few. Home decor items are sometimes priced higher than what you can find at walmart. They do have great deals on furniture. A few years ago we bought a bed frame from here. It's still gorgeous and looks high-end.

I worked here many years ago. They must've cleaned house and completely re vampire the store. It was clean and organized with alot of furniture options and a big food section. I was impressed

Good fair prices. Some stuff doesn't last too long-bought bed sheets and used them 1x. Went to put them back on the bed and there was no elastic. Great place for discounted cleaning supplies, picture frames, candles, etc.

I think the prices are too high on some items and reasonable on others. They have a wide variety of merchandise which is displayed in an orderly fashion. The only bad thing is that you wait for a long time to check out. I don't think they realize that they should schedule more cashiers so that customers don't have to wait. I won't go back.

Had what I went for store is nice. Staff is verily friendly and helpful. I did not go there for a gazebo but if you are looking for one better call first. They don't have any in the store not sure if they can get some

I love this place and they have great prices you get in there and you start looking around they have a great variety of items in there for every room that you want along with decorations the staff is very friendly when you walk into Big Lots they will say good morning good afternoon how are you if I were driving I would stop there everyday they have something new that you have not seen before. You can either go to the store or you can shop online I do both if you haven't been to Big Lots you should go in and see everything that they have to offer for you if you can't find what it is that you're looking for the staff is very helpful in regards to where you can find it or they will take you to the item that you're looking for

If I could give them ZERO starts I would, do not buy their extended warranty, they do not do anything or care about their customers. I submitted a claim with an incident that IS COVERED by their extended warranty, they kept dragging the issue out, and til this day they have not done anything about it. I send them emails and they ask me to call customer support, then I call, they give me another claim number and ask me to email, and so on, it’s useless!!Big Lots, you’re unethical in this matter, your employees lied to my face when they told me what was covered, even though your contract stated what is covered. Please do not buy furniture from this store, save yourself hassles and money.

For a relatively small store it was packed with merchandise arranged neatly with good prices. Definitely worth a look if you don't want to spend the amount of time to walk through a Walmart or Target.

My second time here and this Big Lots is impresive, easy to say that is the cleanest and best organized Big Lots in the entire USA. Been to many differnt states and that one is above all others. Very polite staff and it's easy to see that they do great job.

Had a particularly bad experience here today. Went there and grabbed 4 to 5 items. Got in line at the single open register. Apparently had a new cashier who locked herself out and instead of calling for help, sat there fiddling with it and was unable to even to figure out the caps lock, she finally called for help. The manager finally made it up about 2 minutes later and unlocked it. Sadly the cashier didn't know what was going on and the manager went to a different register and called for the next customer but let the very last person of the 5 people waiting come over. At that, I just got out of line, set my basket down,and walked out in disgust.

I don't know why it took me so long to start shopping at Big Lots. I've been saving so much money buying the products I usually get somewhere else. There are quite a few things I enjoy buying that no one else has.😊
