Today was my dog's first day!💜 Just moved from my apartment where I had a bathtub into a house with only a stand-alone shower. I made the decision to go to this very clean, organized facility & it was Easy!First come, first serve service.5 rooms with little gates, they provided with a smock for the owner, Fresh towels & other necessities for properly washing your dog. Love that the temp & pressure of water were adjustable!My dog is VERY well behaved for bath time. It was easy getting her to walk up the ramp, into the tub where she could be "tied in." So she wouldn't jump out. 🤣Shes been previously blow dryer trained. The blowers they use were powerful and helped release ALOT of excess fur.Love that!It was under 20 bucks, the staff was friendly & informative. I believe I found our new spot for "Doggie Spa Dayz!" 😊

I love this place because it’s first-come-first-served and there’s never a wait. I only use the self-serve bath tub stations and then have an employee cut my dog’s nails. It’s set up properly as far as height and accessibility. I appreciate that the water temp is controllable and the blow dryers can be throttled. Friendly staff. Wish there was a loyalty program such as a punch card.

I take my dog to Shampoodle at least once a week for daycare. The price can't be beat, and she goes crazy when I say, "Want to go see the puppies."Staff is all very friendly, and every time I pick her up, she's wiggling just as much as when I dropped her off.

Absolutely loved how patient and nice they were. My dog/ grandson was scared as this is his first time getting his nails clipped and the experience was amazing. They both were absolutely fabulous with him and very calm and respectful. Couldn’t have been any better Definitely recommend!!!!!!

Zack took amazing care of our mini Aussie Daisy! Great communication and he was very patient with her anxious puppy self! If you are looking for a groomer who obviously takes pride in their work and adores dogs, I cannot recommend and thank Zack enough! We will definitely be FURever customers!!

Took my two small senior pups here December 2nd - haircuts were uneven and their nails weren’t all clipped properly. I called to speak to someone about this and got a machine, left a message and never heard back.Unfortunately I will look elsewhere for a groomer for my girls.Update: Shampoodle contacted me and offered to fix the groom and nails and apologized for what happened.I brought dogs in and they made it right.I will use them again.

$70.20 for a crooked hair cut and my dogs head was trapped under the gate in the little waiting area. I entered hearing clunk clunk, I looked over and she was pinned to the floor. Very disturbing and disappointed by this. Nobody stopped to see what was happening until I entered and saw it.

I’m sadly, moving away but I couldn’t leave before leaving a stellar review for Shampoodle. I absolutely love the care both Zack and Jessica gave me goldendoodle, Levi. They are 100% professionals and I always feel at ease leaving Levi with them. I’m always so impressed with how well of a thorough job they do in grooming Levi. I have ALWAYS left Zack or Jessica being 100% satisfied. To top it all off, Levi just adores them! I hope I can find just as amazing groomers in Raleigh!

I brought my dogs here this past weekend and have multiple times in the past, and they always look great. They get the defurminator baths, and this past time it doesn’t look like anything was done besides their nails cut. My husky is still shedding in clumps which never happens after he has a grooming bath, it looks as if he wasn’t brushed out after to get off the excess fur. I called to express my concerns, I had to leave a message because it was a holiday weekend and they were closed and no one even bothered to return my phone call. No one mentioned anything at check out if they had any issues and they were there longer than usual this time as well.So- Thanks! I’ll never be returning.** replying to I didn’t call right away because I dropped them off to a babysitter because we were leaving for vacation shortly after I got home and didn’t notice till Monday morning how awful they looked!

They were great! When I called to make my appointment, they were very accommodating. I had asked just for a wash and brush, but when I got there I also asked for my dogs feet to be trimmed on top and bottom. There was not a "groomer" on site at this time, but the woman who took care of my Leonberger did a wonderful job on her feet.I would also like to say that they have great prices. I have already booked my other Leonberger for the same treatment.

Sara does such a great job grooming my yorkie, Ozzie. It usually only takes her about an hour for his shampoo and cut.Highly recommend.

I brought my two dogs here to get baths. When I arrived an employee later determined to be Stephanie took our 6 month old puppy and brought her inside but was yanking on the leash and gagging my dog. I was quite annoyed but decided to keep my cool and just leave it alone. After she hooked my dog to the platform where the dogs were placed, she walked into the back where she was yelling at the other dogs at the facility and raised her hand to one of them like she was threatening to hit one of them and then got on the phone and acted like I wasn't even there, I wanted to make sure I was all set to leave them there... This was all witnessed right in front of me. I thought this was strange since we have never had an issue. We were contacted an hour and a half after I brought the dogs in for a basic bath telling us the dogs were done. My fiancé contacted them and said she would be there to get them at 3pm since that was the earliest we could get them due to our work schedules. Stephanie told us they would be charging us extra even though we had never been told that in the past and its not listed anywhere.. I am disappointed in this specific employee because we've never had a problem until today. Stephanie was not friendly or patient with the dogs there. The owner was very nice and accommodating after my fiancé picked the dogs up and explained what the policy was for picking up dogs after they are finished. I appreciate the owner and glad the issue was resolved, however, I would consider evaluating that specific employees ability to do her job.

We had an amazing experience with Shampoodle after having an appointment cancelled on us at the last minute yesterday for our goldendoodle! When we called to inquire for any last minute availability they took down our information and found one of the groomers to squeeze us in! Over the past year we have tried several local groomers and this is by far the best haircut our doodle has had. We will definitely be coming back to Shampoodle for all future cuts!

Great place!!New to the area and was looking for a DIY dog wash, stopped at a few that were “vending machine” style and they were awful.This place was great, the staff was so pleasant and nice, and they had everything we needed to get both the pups washed and dried. Couldn’t ask for anything more, highly recommend!!

I am beyond disappointed. I booked an appt for my elderly dog 2 weeks ago. Someone crossed me out in their appointment book and they let me walk out without grooming my dog. Why don’t they call people to confirm appointments!! My dog is nervous and has to take medication in order to keep her calm in the car. They didn’t look overly busy but let me walk out! I won’t be back and will tell my clients about my experience.

Brought our 90+ lb, skittish, Lab/Akita mix in for a wash/de-shed/nail trim. Absolutely incredible service. She came out clean and happy and we've added years to the life of our vacuum cleaner. Highly, highly recommend this place! We'll be back with both of our dogs for regular visits. Thank you to Ginny and the crew from all of us!

I've been taking my dogs here for about 8 years. Busy little place but can always find a do-it-yourself spot. Groomers are busy people but kind and reasonable. It can be loud in there sometimes especially from the doggy day care. I like that I can go in get the bath and blow dry done myself, ask staff to cut nails and it's quick with no huge mess to clean 😁

It's a great place to take your dog for a bath. I washed and dried her, and saved money by doing it myself. They did the nail trim quickly and it wasn't expensive.
