This is probably my favorite hardware store. The staff are helpful and the prices are great. I lucked out when I went there to find a red tag special on a cordless drill I was looking at. Nice to save an extra $50. Highly recommend this place.

Bought a chainsaw on Tuesday, use it for an hour on Wednesday and it wouldn't start again. Thought it was fluted. Took the spark out left for 24 hours, no start again. Took it back on Friday , the guy said i will take care of it for you. Takes the saw , goes to the back comes back after 15 minutes with some paperwork and he's like yea you right it won't start, let me have your name and phone number and when it's fix we will call you. Im like are you serious it's 3 days old and it work for an hour, i would like a new one. Hes like i can't do that. So i take my receipt out i point to the back where it's says no hassle returns and i asked him what about your store's policy? Hes like it doesn't apply to stihl. So why don't you post it so people would know before they buy from you? My advice stay away. Go to tractor supply down the block or better yet buy it downstate because once they realize you are not local they will pull thinks like this on you.

I've shopped at this store and have always been happy with the service. The inventory is sometimes lacking.I see other reviews that make claims about behavior I have not seen in the store. I suspect the reviewer is lying.

At ACE in Delhi, NY, I know I can ask for help with something and I'll get it ASAP because that is just they way they are. We had a difficult key situation and they went above and beyond to make sure it worked for us. Great people, good products, great service.

They love you when you go to buy something but when you try to return, their no hassle return policy goes down the drain. Stay away they are full of it.

Ran in a minute before they closed, which I know is annoying. Needed a piece of equipment for the morning before they opened again. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding! Thanks you guys!!

I recently needed a wheelbarrow and i usually purchase one from the local feed store....i happened to go to hagerty ace hardware in Delhi ny and bought a wheelbarrow there....it is great....it is sturdier than the ones i have bought on the pass and the price was better...i love it. So if you're looking to buy one GO TO HAGERTY ACE HARDWARE!
