I was in on a Wednesday night to purchase items for a Resident Assistant program. The cashier, Cynthia, was beyond rude. She rolled her eyes the second I approached her register. She questioned why I wasn’t there last week when the purchase order was issued. I have never been asked that before in my multiple years of shopping for programs. She then said there was no organization name listed even though it was right in front of her. She was the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered at this store and needs to learn some customer service skills immediately. The other cashier working seemed very pleasant, it’s too bad I didn’t have her.

11/15/231:15pmJust Had The Worst Experience With The Price Chopper Front End/Cashier Manager.Waved And Made Eye Contact ,Asked For Help From A Price Chopper Employee. She Had A Price Chopper Name Tag On, So That Means She Works For Price Chopper. At That Time No Other Employees Around. She Refused To Help Me, Didn't Say Why ......She Was 5 Steps From The Self Serve Checkout Register And Could Have Helped Me.Eventually Another Employee Came Along AndHelped Me. I Asked The Employee Who The Person Was That Didn't Want To Help Me.He/She Told Me That Was The Manager Of TheFront End. Told Him She Would Not Help Me.He Said He Was Not Surprised And Apologized.Customer Service Is A PRIORITY No MatterWhat Department In Price Chopper You Work In.Also, She Is A Manager, She Should Know This Fact. The Manager Ignored And Refused To Help Me.She Needs To Be Reeducated That CUSTOMERSERVICE Is A PRIORITY......I Know Mr. Golub, He Is In Schenectady, His Office Will Be Contacted.

I have purchased fresh baked large sheet cakes for past few years, for my family reunion and for a family birthday…..the cakes are made to order ..I’ve gotten raspberry filling, with butter cream frosting, and other fillings, as well, with the less sweet whipped frosting…they decorate the cakes beautifully….everyone always comments how delicious they are are and about the moistness of the cake itself…i will definitely order my cakes from then in the future……Well done, Delhi Price Chopper Bakery Dept! Thank you!!

Terrible service I went there last week and had an issue with an employee I asked to speak to a manager and was told NO manager was working they all went home I tired calling a few times and once transferred was on the line for 10 minutes with a reply a manager wasn't in what kind of place does not have someone there open to close for customer service this is very poor serviceThis has happened multiple times in the last month will not go there again plus the employees eating food while making food for customers gross I would give 0 stars if I could

This is an excellent store and the workers are efficient and helpful. We very much appreciate them working during this virus situation.The (high end) cheese offerings are a little sparse and can you try to stock some anti bacterial hand wipes? The paper goods are always completely out of stock when I get there during this time.But overall, a very good store and we are grateful it is part of our community.

Just went to price chopper today and purchased coconuts will never be buying coconuts again my daughter drank the juice like she always does first and said it tasted gross we crack it open and the entire thing is rotten !! I really hope she doesn't get sick from this I tried calling the Delhi store and it just kept ringing so upset right now !! Look at all that mold !!

Large, clean store and well-lit. Produce is a little costly but that's standard PC. Some good sales in that dept especially bagged apples (as low as just over $1 a pound) compared to singles (none lower than $2 lb). Nice deli dept., friendly, fast. Good parking, near a Verizon store, Rite Aid, pizzeria, hardware store and a few other shops. Worth the drive if you use club card, shop wisely and use a farmers market for produce.

For a supermarket servicing this very rural area - they have a great selection of products and is relatively easy to navigate. Prices are what you would expect, although I did find that produce was a little pricier than expected - which is weird considering most of it should be local.

I'm kinda disappointed, it seems as though much of the products I use to buy are no longer available, and the prices of some items is Ridiculous. The meats are concerning, especially the chicken, it has a leathery texture.. I do my minor shopping there, and do my major shopping elsewhere.

This place has quality meat and produce but it is not as affordable as Aldi's. It's the only grocery store left in Delhi so I have to shop here sometimes. IMO they should stop with the cents off for gas and all the coupons and just give us the best possible prices..

Very friendly Shop-Workers!!There is one thing Price Hopper should change: I am Vegetarian, and I did not know that Price Chopper has 'Beyond Meat'! Why? Because they have it in the Meat-Section and I never go there. (because I am Vegetarian...:))I never thought they have it, until a friend told me about it. So, please, at least make a big sign of a Meatless-Product in the Meat-section. Thank You! ;)One more thing: If you can, please order more of RECYCLED-Toilet-Paper! It seems it is always sold out!Otherwise, I like this shop a lot, good Vegetables and Fruits!!

standard grocery store. produce is ok, meat sections pretty good. there's a couple shelves of gluten free for snacks and then a lite freezer section for bread (gluten free specifically). flowers, greeting cards and.other seasonal things. plastic bag recycling and a red box for renting movies (last I checked!)

I always check for the sales and when it's something we actually use and eat I get the limit because it's a good deal. Can't go wrong that way! Employees are always friendly and helpful, too.

Overpriced. Rude at the customer service desk. Produce mixes sale fruit with other fruit that has a different plu in order to get you to buy the more expensive fruit that is not on sale. Make sure you check your receipt because they often overcharge or don't give the posted price. Store policy is to give the posted price, even if they forgot to take down a sale sign from the previous week. They also have a scan guarantee stating if you get charged more than the posted price, you get the item for the lower price plus a certificate for $2.00 off a subsequent visit to the store. Customer service will be rude when you call them on the policy and make you feel like you are taking money out of their personal pockets. Don't let them get away with it. Know your rights!

Tacky store name but otherwise a great grocery store. I go specifically for their fresh wild-caught seafood, shrimp and lobster. Vegetables and fruits always well-stacked and fresh. Large selection of products.

Cheap prices, daily deals, decent selection of organic produce and some organic products. All in all it offers everything you would expect from a supermarket. The staff is extremely nice and courteous as well

It's what we have. Friendly enough staff, stuff to eat. Not much on the grab and go / frozen vegetarian foods aside from various cheese / carb combos. Great if you want to gain weight.

Used to be great but now has less and less organic food. Staff seems very confused like there is poor management. I’ve been stuck in the self check out for close to a half hour more than once just because of technically difficulties and frantic staff.
