Bathroom disgustingly dirty. Sign says cleaned 4 times a day last cleaned June 28, this is the 4th of July. Went to counter to ask to have it cleaned and the girl told me she can’t she’s the only one there. When I told her about the sign, she said “oh, we only do that when the district manager is there”! Really fail!

I wouldn't even give it a one star after the service we received at this location on July 27, 2018 at 9:30 pm. The one and only worker was sitting outside on the Buffalo News bin smoking with "friends" while numerous customers , including my son, we're waiting inside to be waited on at the register. Even as I sit in the parking lot writing this review, there are 3 customers inside and another female, not in a uniform is inside behind the register? She too was also outside when we arrived, smoking. Again, she had no uniform on, so didn't know if she was an employee or not??? I fully understand that workers deserve a "break" but NOT if you are the only one in the establishment AND there are customers waiting to be checked out!!!! Just venting, because this should not ever be an issue at a convenience store.I've lived in this village for almost 50 years, and have never seen such horrible service to customers!Jdwhitc.

As of March 10th, 2021.Very bad service. The workers are very shady. They do NOT clean the store, very gross. Very snippy, bad attitudes. Especially in the mornings. Tried to charge our card again too. From a receipt. Be careful. Pay attention here. Very sneaky thing to do. We've been coming here for 7 plus years. Never has there been a worse crew. Very sad. Horrible experience.I wont be coming here much anymore. Nor will any in my home.People this is a Last resort store.7/11 right up in yorkshire is worth the extra lil distance.Do not go here.Thank you.(No I dont want to email crosbys- fix it publicly or this can stay right here.)

The worker named Tina is really nice. She is one of the best workers in delevan. I always love to come when she is working. She brightens my day.
