Good food. Friendly staff. There's Maple syrup available for purchase but it is cash only. Generous portions. Not a bad detour off interstate 88.Kid-friendliness: No specific kid's menu for breakfast but all the staples like bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc.

Hadn't been there in years. Thought it would be a nice treat for Easter. Wasn't disappointed 🤗. No wait, friendly, courteous waitress. Very organized and clean place. It was like taking a step back in time. Meal was very good. Just the right size helpings for the average person. I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes both with gravy, vegetable was fresh spinach with garlic. My wife had a western with home fries. A good price for what we got. Will go again.

Our family went there on October 21, 2023 for a birthday celebration for my 96 year old uncle. The new owner is wonderful. Food was fantastic. Service was superb! Always checking to make sure everything was OK. Always refilling coffee and water. Very attentative! They worked as a team to make his birthday a wonderful cherished memory, and I thank them for that. I would definitely return and tell everyone to go there.

Really great place. So many great menu options and the desserts are amazing, seriously get the cream pie! Staff was friendly, environment was clean, food was served promptly. Cash only but I believe they have an ATM.

We’ve been going to Gibby’s for what seems a lifetime. When Glenn and family decided to retire my family was devastated (maybe a little harsh) but certainly saddened by the news. This was our go to diner when regularly traveling west on RT 20.The new owners have stepped up and done a great job at welcoming back the former clientele. My son and I both enjoyed our breakfast from our customary seats at the counter. It was very comforting that the new owners have kept up with the quality. I look forward to stopping in for dinner with the rest of the family.On a very positive note for some folks, the new owners take Credit Cards for payment. They add a slight up charge to accept credit, as do most places these days, but for those who don’t keep cash there is no scrambling when they go to pay and suddenly realized that it’s cash only.Thank you for bringing back this iconic diner.

Ok, so it's a Monday at noon. The usual age crowd is seniors. (What a great club to belong to) Gibbys has been there forever. It's an old school dinner....right. New owners open 7 am till 3 pm. Expectations are not high. I would have loved to have seen something out of the ordinary. But no just your basics.And our wonderful waitress, she was really nice, totally forgot about us! Oh well it was a Monday at noon , newly opened old standard that could never live up to the old ways. But gee wiz toss us something new ...Will be going back. Just to double check.
