Only at the Dansville Walgreens can your pills be "out of stock" for 8 days and then the day I ask what is going on, they get filled within an hour.

It's absolutely ridiculous that the pharmacy is no longer open on weekends, and you don't even bother to notify your customers. I went to pick up a prescription on Friday, and it wasn't ready, yet you couldn't be bothered to tell me it was closed the entire WEEKEND!! Your wait time in the pickup window' are regularly over 30 minutes!

In Dansville, n.y. This evening about 7:20pm I went in to Walgreen's to put money on my PayPal debut card the guy who ran the cash Register said can I help you I said I like to put money on my card he wouldn't give me a chance to tell him what I won't on it. He had an attitude problem and as I was walking out of Walgreen's he said your welcome you jerk. the person I was with heard him say it. That's not being kind to people! I will never go back to Walgreen's ever again. very poor Costumer service.

Takes days to get medications, I told them many time to use a certain insurance and when they run into any issue instead of notifying me they send it to another insurance carrier. When that insurance denies it they still dont notify me of ANY issue that's happening even though I am set up for notifications. Call to check on them cause I know they never listen when I tell them only the one insurance and they tell me they cant take care of it at the moment but they will try later?! Liked it better when it was riteaid
