Walmart has gone so far downhill, I'm not sure where to begin. The prices are super high. The managers are always in meetings. The lines are super long and for what? The prices are super high.

Expired items on shelves. Please check the dates for all items before buying. It is very unsafe to sell expired medicines. It is not good for the community, and it should be looked into since a lot of people shop at Walmart. No staff around to let them know to remove the expired items off the shelves. I went to customer service to complain and see if they got more items in the back and was told it's whatever you find on the shelves.

I like this store how is organized. However, my experienced a weird decision was taken by one of Walmart staff. I wanted to take three bottles of milk for my baby daughter, but the lady told that I can’t take three because they have only three lol. Is that my issue if you have only three?

Great walmart! :) How they all should be, really. The shelves were stocked, the place was as clean as it gets, and your staff are lovely! There was no line at self checkout, which was awesome.

For the most part, I get most of my groceries here. Prices are reasonable. Most staff are courteous, but sometimes customer service is not the best. But I understand...theyare probably overworked and underpaid. STILL LOVE THE PRICES.

I went to Walmart in Uniondale to return an item I purchased online. Even though I was disappointed with certain things I choose not to disclose, returning the item was speedy and painless. I then went on to shopping, and the employees were constantly working replenishing items on the shelf and trying to keep their isles clean. I am very impressed with their hard work. Some items on the shelves were broken, but I'm sure that's due to the amount of careless shoppers. Overall, the experience was good.

This is the worst walmart you can come to. Last week I ordered about 11 photos for pick up. When I received the text message statimg they were ready to be picked up, I headed over to Walmart. At the photo area, I showed them the receipt. After waiting 15-20 minutes they came back saying that they lost the photos and they need to be reprinted. They said it would take 15 minutes. Even though I was in a rush that day, I still waited for the photos. I went back about 25 minutes later only to find the person walking up and down in Walmart looking for the second batch of photos…..he lost them AGAIN. Another customer who was waiting to be assisted asked me what was going on. I told her I just came to pick up a few photos and they’ve been misplaced TWICE. I waited for a little longer and advised him to ask his coworker if she moved them. His coworker passed by and he didn’t ask her. The other customer then spoke up and asked the other coworker herself and she advised that yes, the photos were moved and placed in the back. The agent then went in the back and found the photos. This whole process took an hour and 15 minutes and if it wasn’t for the other customer who spoke up. I would’ve still been there waiting. Do better.THIS WEEK, I went again to purchase something from the hygiene area which had a lock on it. I pressed the button for assistance and waited. After 2 minutes there were other Walmart employees who were doing inventory. I asked them if they had the key for this and they advised me to push the button again. I pressed it again and still no one came to assist. I saw someone else in the aisle from Walmart and I asked them if they can get the key. The woman went to find out. I waited again for another 5 minutes and then someone else from Walmart came into the aisle. I also asked if they had the key and they said no. The woman came back and said she wasn’t able to get the ket and I would have to go to customer service. I told the woman it’s okay, I can purchase it elsewhere since their too busy to assist me. What’s the point of having an assistance button if no one is going to respond to it? I shouldn’t have to go through all of this for a simple product. There are many other places that sell it or that will assist you faster.The customer service is extremely poor and management needs to be rectified. If I can give this Walmart 0 stars, I would.

This store is going down and is not a slow downfall, is a free fall. I never seen this disorganization. Caos in many departments. The electronics department 👎. I also came to pick up. And the order wasn’t even close to been ready. The point of having a pick up time is having the orders ready when people come to pick it up. I check in for the pick up and had to call the department just to talk with unprofessional people. I wonder does Walmart train this people. It’s a problem too widespread in this location..Update 2024:I did review this place before and somehow the review is missing.This is the worst Walmart in the entire country. You can never get a pick up right and on time. Is always issues here. Who’s eve is manager of the pick ups department needs to go training. There’s is no organization.And the employees take it out on the customers. Is not my fault that my pick up is not ready. I should be the one upset. Never again!!!!The corporation should audit this store. They’ll be shocked…

Do not shop here, their refund policy is bull I bought a nerf gun and was charged more than the price on the shelf, once I set it up and found out that it was broken prior to us opening it and didn't fire. I tried to return or do an exchange and they wouldn't allow either with our a receipt which is contradictory to their policy. The receipt was thrown away with the wrapping from Christmas and I was told rudely that there is nothing they can do after I spent 90 dollars on two toys that both were missing pieces or darts. I warn you do not go to the Walmart in Uniondale. They will not help you one bit. Instead they will tell you thank for spending your hard earned money here on the broken and missing things we sell and don't reimburse. DO NOT GO HERE

...store is neat. It just isn't very big. I usually visit this location mainly for Auto Oil since it's $10 cheaper than AutoZone (across the street). ... so for me, Walmart serves my purpose. However, I would love to see a Super Walmart arrive to the neighborhood.

Very crowded, that's not the issue, why can't you find a sales associate to ask a question or get help. Hire some cashier s for goodness sakes..Very disrespectful to wait to self checkout and it only takes cards🤨

After ringing a bell in the auto supplies department 6 times, an employee told not to bother because no one was going to respond. After asking several other employees, for the next 10 minutes to unlock the cabinet I needed merchandise from, I didn't get help for another 15 minutes. No apologies or politeness.

Prices are Great and affordable . It is hard navigating the store sometimes. The app is very helpful and would recommend downloading it when looking for an item around the store. Wait time wasnt long for a Friday.

More organization is needed throughout the store especially the freezer section. Drive up pick up is confusing it's behind the building on the right side. It wasn't clearly labeled at all like other Walmart locations and even target.Wait time at drive up was a long it would've made more sense to go in and pick up my items.

On my recent road trip from Georgia to New York, I stopped at multiple Walmarts but none of their employees gave me as much attitude as this did especially with it being half the size of regular Walmarts.While I was walking towards the bathroom at the front of the store an employee says without looking my way or making eye contact “Go use the bathroom in the back”. I go “Excuse me?” Since I didn’t know who she was talking to. Then she repeated herself again without looking my way. I tell her, “I’ve never been here before where in the back is the other bathroom.” She tells me to walk straight ahead.While going through the aisle, I saw many of the employees huddled up and gossiping. No reason to come back to this one. I feel bad for the residents.
