I placed an order online after I saw an item in the store and went home thinking maybe I could make something with it. I left close to closing time so I couldn’t go back, when I got the notification it said that they were out of stock,they were not as they had many boxes on a shelf up higher not with their regular product where I had seen them the night before. So being that all the other locations just put my order back or cancel it within a few minutes of being late for a pickup order I figured no harm no fowl I just won’t grab this order they had already messed with the coupon and it made it all more expensive by not having that item to fulfill the coupon. WELL THEY DIDNT THEY KEPT MY ORDER! I had to call in twice now to try to get my refund. I have a HOLD on my account I cannot place to go orders. I use this feature a lot because I have a chronic illness that is effecting my muscles, I have a wheelchair but I cannot push myself so I just try to deal with the swelling &pain until I inevitably can’t walk. I often have to sit on the floors of stores and things because of this to give my legs a break if I try to shop myself. For the most part I have to send someone in for me. Online ordering made this much easier but y’all want to act like I’m the problem. Just do your job don’t steal from peopleNo one answers the phone at this location so I couldn’t call to speak with a manager and every time I do go on the employees are outside smoking!! Yes both the employees working.. so I find myself at a self checkout that usually doesn’t work needing assistance and no one around but the customers behind me in line

So, the two girls who were working at night were standing in front of their workplace smoking a roach, or whatever they had left from earlier in their work shift. Both were so stoned out of their minds. Smelled like low grade diesel, and the whole front lobby was noxious with the smell of mid grade marijuana. I get it, it’s legal. Don’t smoke that stuff when you’re on the clock, working, and people have to ask you questions. Put some shade on it.

Will never step foot in this location again. Employee cashing me out today had the nastiest attitude ever. Rude. Mean. Misserable.I will drive put of my way to take my business elsewhere.

I'm pretty new to the store. I understand it's the holiday season but all the unpacked stock in shopping lanes was not good. The lanes in the store are very narrow. I suggest (if) you have another place to put the stock before it's put on the store shelf store it there and do one lane at a time or one dolly at a time. The customers will have an easier time getting around the store.All the employees stayed very busy shelving product up front and the cashiers were very patient as people came up front to check out. I was very happy with the customer service. I'll return after the holidays to update. There is good parking.

Let's start by saying went to grab a cart and the handle had a blog of a white creamy substance secondly there were big carts of product waiting to be stocked in almost every isle and this is like that every time I go in there then I notice a jar of pasta sauce on a shelf that apparently had been opened with sauce dripping from it. This store is very poorly managed and needs corporate to take a look at what is going on there oh and we also noticed a certain smell towards the back of the store possibly marijuana

Not helpful with finding items Alway out smoking. Looks bad for business. Alway asking if you want to donate,but I was 10 cents short one day and I spent at least 20-60 dollars weekly and wouldn't let me go until the next visit.

The dirtiest, unmaintained, and nastiest Dollar General we have ever set foot in. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP!!! I felt like I needed a Tetanus Shot after leaving. Definitely didn't purchase anything.

Store is always a mess, hard to find items when there’s product all over the place. Employees always outside smoking. I don’t understand why management hasn’t handled the way this store operates. I can say employees always have masks on during my recent visits.

This place is always dirty! No one respecting the social distancing rules. Employees were not wearing mask/face covers and a lot of the patrons were walking around the store without mask/face covers! Irresponsible! No excuses!

It is better orginized after being shut down. But they need to get a new manager. She is never there to help. Alway a line with only one person to cash you out. Manager is either in office or outside with noyfriend. Never helps other employees.

NEVER stock their shelves and coolers. Prices a lol high. Would be 1 star but I give them an extra for location. Not much in Mattydale I guess that's why they figured they can do nothing

Some of the deals are good but this place is nasty ... Stuff is just thrown around ,piled onto each other, there's always stuff in the aisles , I only come here because the dollar tree is now closed down the street and I live really close..

They are really messy stuff all over the place frozen food on the floor I would not buy anything cold from there and cashier was on personal phone while checking me out and didn't give me any attention
