Came here to bathe one of my dogs (husky) and they provide shampoo, towels, tub with nozzle and blow dryer. Even treats!! Super affordable and staff was very inviting. I will be returning with my German shepherd.

Great independent pet store next to Trader Joe’s. They offer $11 self wash in the back of the store and have several nice raised sinks. Really wide array of natural dog and cat food and treats. They gave us tons of samples just to try and offered to order the larger format of the dog food we buy. The staff is super helpful and friendly too

The customer service here is bar none!!The staff went through great lengths and measures just to make sure my little kitty got her food (which was unfortunately on back order).They would call me every single week without fail to let me know if her food was received, or not.When my kitty passed, the love and kindness that they showered me with touched and healed my heart.This would be my store for life if I still had a pet.This is definitely the kind of place you feel good investing your money in.The return is far greater than what you spend.

They are very pleasant & willing to help you with your pet supplies. Most pet supplies stores don't carry the food my dog likes. They are always willing to special order it for me. Order by Monday, get it by Wednesday. Great service. I will always give them my pet supplies orders. It's great doing business with a store where the pet comes first.

Choice Pet Supply is my 1st choice for my fur baby’s needs. I’ve been a customer for the past 8 years. Each staff member is always super helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Whether I need a health product, a toy, a treat, a bag of food, or even some advice-they are willing and ready to assist. Just recently, I needed a product to treat my dog’s skin sensitivities. One of the staff members walked me through several products and helped me find the ideal one. Now that’s going the extra mile and knowing the products they offer. I always walk out of the store with a sense of satisfaction and a smile on my face.

For an owner of a large breed dog who is shy around people, the self bath alone is a godsend. There are two washing stations. You set the water temperature. They provide the shampoo (or you can bring your own) and some snacks for your pet. (They also have treats that look like they are made for humans, but don't be fooled. They are meant for the pets.) They also provide towels and hair dryers (and a table for small dogs). All this for $11 - a price I believe to be far below the value being provided. ($20 would probably be a fair price.)They also offer a full service of food, toys, leashes, otc meds and insect repellents, equipment, etc., for your furry friends.The staff is friendly and helpful. They all look like animal lovers.If you're looking for a place to wash your own pet, but don't want to clog every pipe in your home, I highly recommend this place.

My favorite pet store to shop in the area! Quality food, quality products at affordable prices; Luisa, Dre, and Stephanie are always super pleasant, very helpful and know exactly the brands that my cats like. If the product is not on the shelf, they make sure to look in the stock room and if they don't have it, they will go out of their way to order it for you. How great is that? They make you feel at home everytime! I highly recommend shopping here💜

I love this store and the entire staff! Everyone is so helpful. I visited the store for the first time about 2 weeks ago and was helped by Luisa. I have a 75lb German Shepard who is very picky. I have been to so many pet stores but what sets this one apart is that I could tell that Luisa and the staff genuinely care about my dogs health. She helped me learn about Stella & Chewy's freeze dried raw food and my dog absolutely loves it! Definitely will be stopping by again soon!

This store is my go-to. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! They do an awesome job at telling me everything I need to know about the products and what would be best for my dog. Very clean and organized as well. I have no reason to go anywhere else. Any one who thinks differently about this place is just insane.

Kat, Victoria, and the rest of the lovely staff are always so courteous and very attentive to assisting anyone with any issue, question, or even conversations about our pets and theirs. When you have any question about your pet they are loaded with suggestions to assist you with. The store as well equipped with a vast array of toys, clothes, beds, etc. And the variety of food is enough to satisfy any palate

I love this store! More specifically, it's employees. Terrie, Steph, Dre, and another woman whose name I regretfully don't know. I needed a large snake tank that I could not find anywhere. They ordered it for me without hesitation. Super helpful, friendly staff. Not a huge store, but if you need something, just ask and they will happily help you find it. Or get it in for you if need be. One hundred percent recommend this store! 10/10!!!

Great store! Small but well-stocked. Great customer care and excellent choice of HEALTHY cat foods and pet litter. No crazy wait on the line as in Petco. Might be a tad more expensive, but you save TIME which is so much more valuable!!!

I went to pick up dog food and left with a few samples and was educated on the best brand food for my dog. The Staff was very helpful and cared a lot about me and my pets. Beside the excellent costumer service the brands were better then those at petsmart or petco. Highly recommend.

Number one thing I love is they open at 8 in the morning. They always have the cat food I'm looking for. Also everybody that works there knows what they're talking about. I don't understand why people go anywhere else like Petco.... this place carries top-of-the-line food for your cats.
