I've been coming here for years to pick up supplies for my cat. The service is always great, where the employees care about your pet's best interest. They have actually helped me solve my cat's marking issues recently. I highly recommend this store to any animal lover and anyone who wants a good and convenient pet store.

Been going here for a while now and talked to Theresa last week on my neighbor's recommendation. She cared about my dog and didn't try to sell me on anything like other places do. She taught me new things and a better way to feed my dog and told me things to read to help with his hydration and allergies. When people care like her it shows. Definitely a smart girl and beautiful inside and out. Will be back for new stuff soon. Great little store

Great Customer Service, had the kibble raw mix from Open Farm, called ahead and they saved it for me behind the counter as there was limited stock, which was greatly appreciated.

As the other reviews stated, prices are definitely cheaper than most stores. Andrew and Teresa are very nice and knowledgeable about there products. This is the only store that sells my puppies favorite food Carna4, in the area, at a reasonable price.

I love going here. Their prices are incredible, they have such a wide variety of everything you could possibly need for your pets, and they are super friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to shop here and stock up on everything my two dogs need.

I have been going to Animal Pantry since 2020 and it is the best store for your pets needs! Andrew and Teresa are always so helpful when asking questions what is best for your pet.Teresa is always so helpful when asking about different brands of wet/dry dog food. I bring my dog, Stormie, here for socialization and the staff are always so kind to her. She loves shopping for her own bones or toys. They also carry Stella & Chewy's which is Stormie's favorite food topper!Excellent advice and great prices! If you are in need of a product that they usually have, you can call and they will make sure they order it and will call you when it's in stock.I am thankful for Animal Pantry!

Great selection of cat/dog/bird supplies. Business hours make it easy to shop there. Staff know their products well .Free parking , great Italian restaurant two stores down.

The staff in the Farmingdale store is wonderful. I don't know how but they remember everyone and love every animal that comes in 🐾😊 The prices are actually better on some products than in the larger chains, and they offer higher quality foods to choose from. My dog also loves visiting thanks to the bully sticks at licking level 🙄 not to mention the kitty and bunny smells from their store mascots lol. 💜👍🏻🐾😁

Love that the have rescue events here. And sell items to help raise money for rescue. Reasonably-priced and have buyers programs on dog food. They cater mainly for dogs and cats not so much ferrets bird etc. My daughter who loves cats is very allergic and the only con really and why I don't shop her more often is the living free roaming cats plus I can't ever bring in my dog for same reason

Lots of pet food, toys and litter. They have a card for a certain kind of litter and if you buy 10 bags. You will have earned a free bag after that. The people are helpful and friendly. Thank goodness Animal Pantry is still getting cat food and treats, one with dog food and bird seed.

They have a large variety of pet goods and food. The only thing i would say that is a negative us sometimes the prices of certain items are a little on the high side. I really do care for the store and staff so dont mind paying the extra cash because the service is great and they always have what i need or want in stock. And if they dont they will obtain it in a timely manner.

I love Animal Pantry! Everyone is very nice and they always ask you if you need your giant bag of dog food carried out to your car. I love the cat and the bunny too! They even stay open a few minutes late for you at closing time. I'm moving away and sad to leave such a friendly place in the neighborhood.

I really love Animal pantry because it’s the only place that sells the dog food that I feed my dog. Unlike petco and petsmart, they only carry high quality dog and cat food. However I was displeased with a woman who rang me up today. I wanted to make two separate transactions for my sister and I with our gift cards from xmas. Both our totals came to $35 and our gift cards had $50 each on them. I should have left with two gift cards with $15 dollars on them but instead I left with nothing? When I called back and said there’s a mistake, she still had no idea what she was doing. I wound up leaving with one gift card that had $8 and one with $6? I couldn’t tell if she was trying to scam me or simply doesn’t know math??

They are the only pet store around that sells only high quality pet food. You won't find alot of the food stuff at the big box stores but you will find it here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dirty, poor "management" , use of illegal substance , limited items, prices aren't that much different from high end pet stores. It's going down hill. What goes around comes around. It's a legit joke much like the boss and staff.
