Wood pellets in cuba cost $2 a bag more than most other places. ($8.99)I called one day bc I was on my last bag and got out of work late. I let them know I was on my way but may be 2 minutes past closing. Staff told me all the computers shut down automatically right at closing time so she hoped I got there in time. I've never heard of this anywhere in my life so I'm confident it's a cop out.Staff are typically rude when I go there and I honestly avoid it at all costs.I prefer Gallmans 100%. He is a little dry but always answers my questions and takes me to the items I'm looking for.

If you want it, they have it, between their 5 stores no matter what your project is, they can get you through it. They are my go to store for tarps, coal fire starters, and different types of insulating spray foam and silicone latex caulk. They have so much stuff you almost always find more than what you originally went in for but have been looking for for a long time. They got it.

This store has a LARGE variety of items. If you can't find it ANYWHERE else, YOU are sure to find it here! Staff are friendly and helpful. They always seems to have what I am looking for, even if it's just washers, matches or surejell. So, Fortunate to have this hometown store .

Excellent variety with a bit of everything to offer, has become damn near a second home for everything related to working on your home. May not be the most budget friendly but definitely always in stock and a great staff to help you out.

I've been to this location twice. The same gentleman was working both times. Very informative, knows right where everything is and was able to help me on the phone. Will happily keep giving my business to this store.

I ordered wood pellets from Worth Smith in Cuba. They are very nice on the phone, arrived at the time that was set. I highly recommend a young fellow named Clint. He unloaded the truck by hand, by himself (2 pallet loads) from the driveway to the porch - right where I wanted them. I wish they would have been able to give him a truck that he didn't have to work on to get it started again. I am very happy with them. (and they are always so helpful when I go to the store for something).

I went in looking for part for my kitchen drain. Although they didn't have what I needed , the guy working there showed me a possible alternative. I always try to give my business to locally-owned companies, and who doesn't love browsing through an old time hardware store !

They had the normal stuff any Worth W. Smith would have except the staff were kinda rude, the way they interacted with the customers. They didn't really like being asked questions and where kinda snobby when they responded, just came off as being not very people friendly.

This sort of seems like an Ace hardware that worth must have purchased. Although Olean is a good 15-20 minutes from Cuba it's probably worth the ride.
