Their donuts are boss! Definitely love to see who would win a poll Reid's donuts or Giant each have their own different ways of baking and preparing them also different types and varieties. Great service lunch and dinner is okay great service always stocked and clean

Rude. Salt rising bread should be double wrapped to avoid rapid drying out and spoilage. Shelf life greatly decreased with lack of double bagging. Politely tried to explain to Asst Mgr this but apparently food quality and safety is a concept unfamiliar to him. Common politeness also was not his strong suit. So his statement was that the current way of doing it for the last 18 years is the way it is done- is truthfully inaccurate since it was changed approximately 6 months ago. To cheapen and cut cost the new owners in buffalo decided to single bag these and jack up the prices.......so product dries out quickly and is more expensive.......poor quality...poor product....poor service.....poor service....poor store.....no reason to shop there anymore. Can't trust them in the little things, can't trust them in the bigger things.I spent several years as an FDA food investigator but what would I know 🤔

Do not bother purchasing your meat, produce or bakery products from here. Not only are the prices ridiculous, you essentially have to use those products THAT SAME DAY because in a day or two, they’ll be molded over, browned and unusable.In a time like this where grocery prices are at an all time high, I cannot continue to afford to throw away food. I don’t know what happened to the quality, I genuinely don’t, but I’m done buying certain products here. It’s a waste of my money.Btw, I bought these salt rising muffins on Monday.

I'm really, really sorry for the review that I'm about to share.I'm from Scio but I do shop in Cuba.I went to the Giant (Cuba) today. I bought my groceries, I didn't pay much attention to how my groceries were being packed.I proceeded to go home, (after a couple more stops).While at the Giant, I purchased hot fried chicken, a buffalo chicken wrap, and a pumpkin roll, which were ALL BAGGED TOGETHER!!Now who in the hell bags hot food together with cold!! I will be more vigilant in the future!

Disappointing. When they have meat advertised on sale they are always out of stock. This happens more often than not in my experience. I want to support local business but when this happens; Why waste one's time.

Good store for a quick few things. The Deli is fast and friendly. Take-out can be an adventure, I've got the wrong order multiple time. Wings are big and juicy, sauce is not spicy enough. I have had a few issues when the meat is on sale. I shy away from their meats now. But, overall a good neighborhood store to shop at.

Glad to have them under the Market in the Square family umbrella. Meat quality and selection has really improved and the new organization is great. Produce took a bit of a dip, but the layout is a lot better.

Ever since the people from the city bought it they have over charged for goods. Staff is nice. But when I can buy a can of coffee at the dg for 9.98$ and the giant charged 17.99$ yeah definitely price gouging. Sad it's the only available grocery store near Cuba. Lack of competition doesn't help. Also they quit cashing checks there.

Was shopping for a bedridden friend. She is 70 years old and lives alone. She wanted ingredients for a sub. The store has prepacked 6 count sub rolls from an outside company for $7.99 but she only wanted 3. Knowing how much she loves to buy subs when on sale once a week because of Giants bakery rolls I decided to ask if I could buy 3 plain rolls. The young man who waited on me was so friendly and personable. He reached in the bag of rolls he was using to make custom orders, grabbed 3, wrapped them and printed a price sticker $1.50. sure made my day.

Better be ready to pay at least double the price. Save yourself some money and go to Olean, everything will be half the price as Giant. Otherwise, the store is clean and organized. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Shop there for over 20 yrs the way it is now upsetting at times they have things they put in there flyer like homemade meatloaf mix which is the best there is used to drive to there store on Union road in west Seneca NY to buy it they offer it in Cuba but yet to have any Everytime iv gone to get some always a excuse last flyer had skin on haddock on sale for the week 24 mi round trip none called next day yep only 2 pkgs with 2 filets in each all gone and that was at 9:30 in the mng crazy it is

I have found the management to be a change, in particularly the gentleman that I would call the floor manager. He is very visible and active member of the staff having a friendly smile and an informed answer for your questions. He always seems active doing something in the store and not just standing around like many managers in other stores, The staff seems to be pushing to be more helpful and friendly. The deli and bakery areas have been rearranged and have more products available.

The fish fry is definitely better than Murdoch's I found the coleslaw to be a little too salty however their potato salad is incredible. Great staff all the way around

Sorry to post a bad review, but this was so different from my normal experience under the previous owners. The store smelled very bad to me ... like a high-school locker room. My wife said it seemed like a strong cleaner... regardless bad to me. I mentioned it to the manager when we were leaving so he could look into it ... new owners and I assumed they would like all types of feedback. I was wrong! The guy just said "I am here every day and I do not smell anything" Hmmm ... you think his sense of smell might be "numb"? First time in 8 years, we left without any groceries ... I could not handle the smell. Sad for us ... and we always loved this place.

New management can be a wonderful thing but ..... When you walk out of the store with a small ketchup, mustard, one bag of buns and 6 pre made paddies one bag or Doritos and your bill is over $31.00 I will be going back to supporting corporate..... I am a die hard support local guy but with these new prices and inflation situation it's really becoming hard........ Very unfortunate for the small town local people..... Hopefully things will get better soon for everyone..... We all must stand together and support each other or we won't have any businesses left in this town....
