Manager (big guy) was smoking practically inside the door. He is awful and talks to employees like they are trash. Horrible manager!! Family Dollar should fire him.

Stopped in to pick up a few things on my way home. Found everything I needed. Store seemed well stocked and I didn't notice any empty shelves which is what I see lately at the Olean location. Checked out quickly; overall a good experience

Good selection and great prices for what they have. It's general goods, so don't expect a miracle, but there is plenty here if you are on a budget.

I went to use the $5.00 coupon and told the sales associate I never used it before and he said if came off , yet when I checked my receipt it didn’t come off , the manager said there was nothing he could do. What a rip off. I never will go to the store in Cuba again

I'm so happy that they have combined Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. They don't have EVERYTHING that a Dollar Tree has, but many things.
