Place was so cluttered it felt more like a hoarders house than a store. Couldn’t find an employee for five minutes, thought maybe they’d gotten buried by an avalanche of boxes. No public bathroom, and the store was filthy as well as cluttered.

Nice staff but this parking lot is a joke. Your management seriously needs to do something about it. Somebody is going to trip fall and break their leg/hip.

Store was messy but he staff was great. Got some clearance items at a great price and they always seem to have my dogfood. The Olean location near biglots is absolutely awful 😖 😱 the worst establishment I've ever been to. I'd rather shop at St Vincent!

♡I love this store!!!♡ It's my favorite store in this area!!!☆ It is small but has a variety of items!* I love the smell of the place!!♡☆ Very affordable quality products! Not everything is a dollar, but not much more if it is. : > : ) My favorite thing to shop for there is greeting cards because I tend to buy a bunch at a time!!☆ At 50 cents or $1.00 each I don't have to feel guilty for buying cards for my friends and family on special occasions.♡☆Thank you for a great store Dollar General employers and employees!!!♡☆Gratefully Yours, Susanne Tapley

This beats a big box store hands down! And PEOPLE actually check you out. This location had a register down so the line was really long but the excellent cashier was a "make the best of it" kinda girl.

This place is a hidden gem......not hidden to the locals but certainly to all the people who moved here or visiting. Some call it the Grand canyon of the east.....nah let's just call it AWESOME------This review was meant for Letchworth state park but upon further review I stand by it as a valid review of this fine establishment.

People working there are friendly and helpful. Parking is good and getting in and out of the lot is easy. Some times the lines are a little long to check out but all in all, a good Dollar Store.

Dollar General always a great place to go for basics. This one is laid out a bit differently, so I had to hunt to find things. Great prices. Could be bit less cluttered but found what I needed.

This store is in a small clean town and it looks like this outside. I heard a customer tell the store employee about the trash and how bad it looked in the parking lot, the employee laughed about it and said someone else's can clean it and she walked to her car and smoked a cigarette. I visit this store almost every single day the trash has been outside for at least 7 days now. Unbelievable

Went there today waited it line for a bit until they opened another register in Cuba NY. Then bought my own canvas bag because they were all out of bags to pack people's merchandise in.

Convenient because it is close by and cheap, but it is very messy and unorganized. If it was more organized and cleaner, it would be a great place to go and shop and I would recommend it

Store was just flat out disgusting. It was dirty. Floor was sticky. Products were all over the place and blocking the aisles. Won't be returning unless it's an emergency.

One lady Gabby at the register was chewing gum with her mouth open, snapping it and that's ridiculously rude! All of the other employees are cheerful and helpful!

Really can't rate much higher since every dollar general I walk in is always dirty, unorganized, and continually has stock overflowing the shelves into the aisles.
