The prices that they charge you oftentimes do not match the signage on the shelf. Granted, they always honor the price if you call them out on it, but I really shouldn't have to do that, I should instead be able to shop with the confidence that nobody is trying to pull a fast one on me. What adds insult to injury is that they are the most expensive grocery store in the area, yet they are the only one which is on my way home from work, so I always do my best to stick to the sale items because that's what I can afford. when the price is come up incorrectly, it really leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

I'm down the road from Greenway and stop in weekly for some of my groceries. This place is the worst. The selection isn't always great in store and is overpriced...Every time I place a delivery order, they don't have the items available despite allowing you to add to your cart. I receive an adjusted bill and then have to go out to another store anyway. This morning I placed a delivery order for a sandwich platter, they charged me a delivery fee, shopping fee and the items were individually packaged as if pulled from premade counter, there was no "platter", and the two 18 inch sandwiches were not cut. Then to top it off, they outsourced delivery to Doordash and it was delivered 20 minutes later than the promised delivery window. Despite ordering a platter, there were no condiments or plates... I had to overtip the delivery guy since I noticed how far he had to drive. This is the last time...

I am very pleased with the new Green Way Markets in Cross River. The store is beautiful and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I am short, so the tall shelves are my least favorite part of the store but I understand that it allows them to have more products in a fairly small store. Employees are easily found throughout the store and happy to help. I find their prices to be on par with other stores in the area for most items and the selection is great. I attended their grand opening and have shopped there numerous times since. The owner truly listens to the customers and their suggestions. I commented on something during the grand opening and when I returned later that evening to pick up something, my suggestion was already implemented. I have heard of similar experiences from others as well. If there is something you don't like, talk with the owner or manager. Give them a chance to make improvements. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with their attentiveness.

Great store, has all your basic needs. Seems to be fully staffed and shelves are always full. We need more stores like greenway. Thank you for servicing Lewisboro. And of course for the cold beers!

Nice looking store with very friendly deli staff and attentive employees working as cashiers. Most everything we’ve gotten there has been fresh. Only butternut squash with cranberries we got from deli was quite mushy and personally I thought had too much onion in it which overpowered the whole dish, but other than that, all has been good. It is set out very well- aisles are organized appropriately making for very efficient shopping trips! The floral arrangements are very good quality as well. Bakery items are so good that it makes it impossible to leave without them!

Nice, clean store, with a varied and interesting selection. A welcome addition to the community. Yes, they have tall shelves, but it was a great way to fit more into limited space. They did a nice job on the renovation. Prices on every day items seem a bit high, but they also stock a lot of higher quality items, which is appreciated.

A bit expensive but good selection. I was there on weekend and found a few too many kids working there. Went to check out and as I maneuvered to a free line the “kid” put the closed sign up and went to do something else. Suggest more supervision on the weekends

Terrible experience. Just left there feeling like I got ripped off and had bad service. The shrimp was on sale for $9.99 a Lb when I got to the front the sale was not registering on the register, so the girl asked me to walk back to shrimp counter to get the sale price, so I had to walk all the way back, and wait to be serviced for 5 minutes to reweigh and reprice the shrimp. Walk back to the front to pay and continued with my purchase. Notice that there were two bottles of water missing from the case (last one) and asked if I could get a credit for missing water, I was told “no only manager can do that and the manager wasn’t around” at the end of end of ringing everything up I realized that I didn’t get the sale price on any of the sale items because she never scanned my greenway card. The transaction had already started to go through so they refused to credit my. So I paid $30 more than needed. TERRIBLE SERVICE, buyer beware. At this point I was too frustrated to go through everything again. Then asked where the bathroom was and was directed there, when I got there it was out of service. I would note the women at the bakery and the guy at the butcher were both very nice other than that the place is an overpriced dump with bad service.

Pretty standard grocery store. The only negatives would be the spacing between isles, barely enough for to carts to get by each other. Also prices high especially for premade lunches and dinners. However, fruit and veggies are pretty fresh. Also the store feels clean , which is important. I'd give it 3.8 stars out of 5.

I enjoy the ‘new’ community created by this family of markets joining us in Lewisboro, a bright and cheerful place to shop! I have been able to find just about everything I need in a grocery store from awesome fish, meat and produce plus bonus when I don’t have time to cook, all the ready to eat choices or heat & serve dishes. Nice to grab a drink &/or burger with friends too! Please visit this store

Great to have this store in our area. Yes, the prices are high, but less expensive then driving to another store. The Sushi is terrific as well as the home baked goods. Staff is very helpful.

The worst grocery paper bags anywhere! You can't pick up these bags when they have groceries after check out, the bottom completely falls out. It's one bad bag after another. Now they have the string handles but doesn't help when your ice cream ends up in the middle of the road. You would think at these prices they could at least provide a decent bag. Plus you have to pay for them. They told me the Town of Lewisboro provides the bags for free to the store, but then customers have to pay for them. What's going on here?

What a wonderful surprise! I did not expect much from yet another supermarket brand at this location but the store has a nice layout, prepared food looks decent (I haven't tried yet) and prices were reasonable. Will be back for sure!

Awesome new store with a beautiful renovation and extremely helpful staff.Fresh produce, seafood and meat departments are all wonderful.So happy to have a high quality grocery in Lewisboro.

So happy to have a grocery store on my way home. It's a nice combination of "whole foods" feel mixed with resaonably priced Food Town staples. Love that there is beer and wine too, though the counter isn't welcome or uset friendly for wine and beer on tap so I haven't tried that yet.

This is the supermarket any community would want in their backyard. Simply amazing. Great selection of food that meets every need, a beautiful, warm and inviting interior, and a friendly, service-driven staff. A wonderful experience throughout.

This store, though clean with friendly people, never has the items on sale in the store. Few times talking to the managers of those departments tell me that the boss makes sure the items are all sold before the day of the sale, the does not order new sale items until after the sale.The produce in this store are not all properly marked, and there does not seem to be a scale for customers usage.I am at the point where I don’t need to waste my time going to this location if those sale items aren’t in because if you don’t have what I am looking for makes me have to go to more then one store which wastes my time.

Will not shop here again. Although it says right on the door MASKS REQUIRED, half the people working there were either not wearing masks or had them on under their chins or noses. Many customers were the same. Cheese I purchased was from Oct 2021, which I did not realize until I got home. Immediately refunded when I brought it back which is why I gave one star rather than 0

The staff is never around or helpful. Sale items are frequently not in stock. The cashiers make mistakes and overcharge all the time. The only good part is the store manager. He is courteous and very nice.

Ok so this doesn’t have absolutely every item I’ve wanted, but overall it’s good and I felt like posting a positive review after I had a very nice experience with their butcher yesterday! He was just super helpful and nice, trimmed and tied a piece of meat for me and chatted about ways to cook it.

Prices are high ($17 for Bell and Evans 3 1/2 lb chicken), Aisles are too narrow and feel claustrophobic because of the high shelves. So far, clean. Friendly staff. The take out food and the deli salads look old.(can't compare with DeCicco's) None of the prepared food look appealing. When you walk by the fish dept. it smells. The store sells Foodtown products. Is it owned by Foodtown Markets?

Stocked high with products. Aisle shelving too tall, making aisle walking creepy. Warehouse feel. Staff is very pleasant. Non-sale prices discourage purchase.

Very good customer service. They go out of their way to help you with whatever your looking for in the store and if they don’t have it they will order it for you. The larger supermarkets do not provide that level of service.

Clean and neat very stylish. BUT extremely expensive better off going down the road to ShopRite. If you need last minute toilet paper or milk and close by it’s good enough but rather go to 7-Eleven. LOL

I purchased the pre made potato salad last night. I had to bring it back. It had a very bad almost chemical taste to it.
