Our first choice for all our pharmacy needs. Cross River Pharmacy, Elaine, Stuart and their staff are so good. They make the extra effort to work with you, and offer a level of customer service that's unmatched (and pretty rare these days.) I also like their gift & card selections and always find something else I need like candles or gift wrap.

I have so many positive things to share about Cross River Pharmacy after my veterinarian sent a prescription to be compounded for my cat Benny. The woman I spoke to regarding Benny's prescription was extremely helpful, very kind and understanding of the challenges that come with medicating a finicky cat. We decided to go with chicken flavoring and I truly appreciate her willingness to help find another option if need be. I was hopeful that flavoring the medication would make things less stressful for Benny but I had no idea how well received it would be. Benny LOVES it! He enthusiastically licks every drop from the syringe and looks for more! I cannot thank Cross River Pharmacy enough and will recommend them to anyone with a pet in need of compounded medication! Please keep up the magic that you work, you've made life for both Benny and I much easier!

I am an exotic animal veterinarian in Westchester County, NY, and my hospital, Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotics in Bedford Hills, NY, has prescribed nearly every compounded medication for the unique pets we treat (that cannot take pills but must take liquid medications) through Cross River Pharmacy for more than a decade. The pharmacists there have been incredibly accomodating to meet the varied and specific needs (i.e., medication volume, strength, flavor, etc.) of all the unique species we treat. They also have been great at getting these medications to pet owners quickly and efficiently when their pets are really sick. I recommend Cross River Pharmacy highly and wholeheartedly and will continue to rely on them as my animal hospital's main compounded medication supplier!

The only pharmacy I’ve ever used that doesn’t call or at least send a text message to let you know when your order is ready. I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. First and last time using this place.

Cross River Pharmacy compounds my dogs heart medication. I have ALWAYS had a truly wonderful experience with them. The convenience of texting is a plus and since I live in TN, shipping is never an issue even when it needs to be expedited due to my oversight in reordering. Their pricing is cheaper than other compounding pharmacies as well. Thank you Cross River Pharmacy for helping me give my little guy an excellent quality of life.Lori & Boo

I have been going to Cross River Pharmacy for many years now and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In the past I've also had to get prescriptions filled for my pets and this Pharmacy does it and does it very well. I cannot give them more stars than 5 on this review, but I give them 10 plus.

Cross River pharmacy is the best! I have found over many years that the pharmacists will go out of their way to help you. For instance, when I forgot to renew an important long-time medication and realized it would likely be two or three days before my medical office would send in a new prescription, leaving me in a predicament, the pharmacy provided me with enough meds to tide me over until the new prescription came through. We are lucky to have a friendly, independent, neighborhood pharmacy which knows its customers well and where the personal approach is alive and well. Ten stars for sure!

Cross River Pharmacy is truly exceptional in every way. Not only are they a top notch Pharmacy ,they always go the extra mile to help in any way they can. I recently called to see if it was okay for me to give my sister an aleve for pain as she takes six different meds daily. The Pharmacist checked thoroughly before he said yes.But there is more. They carry cards, toys, gifts, stationary supplies and more.Cross River Pharmacy is a family owned business that treats all its customers like family.

It's the pharmacy I just was going to use since we just moved to this area. When I came in to pick up my prescription around 9:15am, the senior lady who was behind the pickup counter was talking to another lady in the back, she saw me but didn't say hi or came to offer help right away. As I was waiting for her to finish her rumor talks, their phone rang, then this senior lady came back to the counter and grabbed the phone, without eye contact or greeting me, even without telling the other person on the phone to wait a second and attend my need first. Since I gave her respect to finish her rumor talks, but she didn't show her respect to me to address my need with a priority, I walked away immediately. I saw other people’s review about this senior lady as well, it is so disappointing that they allow their employees to treat customers like this. This is not going to be my pharmacy ANY MORE.Add-on: the lady whose name was Pat or Patty called me to apologize, and she said the reason why she didn't attend to me was because that she did not see me. Seriously? I stood there 3 minutes right in front of the counter to wait for her to finish her talks with the pharmacist and pick up the phone right in front me, and I swear to god she looked at me when I arrived at the counter, but she just said that she did not see me. WOW, what a "fabulous" excuse!

Excellent and expert pharmacy resource with the capacity to compound medications tailoring to individual needs. Great also with compounding pet meds with pet-friendly flavors. Their personal care and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers makes this antidote to the impersonal chain pharmacies.

I have loved this pharmacy’s selection and convienience. However, I have noticed that the items I buy are significantly more expensive than when I purchase elsewhere (CVS, Target). Today I went in to buy oscillocinum (a homeopathic flu medicine), and they increased the price 50% more than what I pay for the same medicine at Whole Foods. I consider this price gauging and it is extremely unethical. I will no longer be shopping at this store, and will no longer fill prescriptions here. I always try to support local, but when a local store gauges prices to this extent then they lose my support (I price checked some other items and everything I purchase is 30-50% more expensive at the cross river pharmacy.) shame on them.
