The new manager was friendly and helpful when first started, now she either needs to find a new profession or go on a long vacation. Rude, snotty, acts irritated when people walk in, I feel like saying oh I'm sorry am I bothering you by coming in here to spend my money. I'm assuming she's the new manager after Randy retired. She works most mornings, short hair, glasses. It seems like she's always working alone, shelves never get stocked when only 1 person is there. Why does she have no help? If she did she might not be so grumpy. Hope something changes soon.

Easy to stop in if I'm looking for something basic and quick, however much of the time items are not stocked or sold out. They are always marking things down and leaving carts and bins of product in the aisles, its difficult to get around the store sometimes!

I couldn't get my cart up to the register. The isles were so packed with goods. There was one person working and she was running around trying to stock the shevles, wait on ppl she said the assistant manager had just left after being there all day. It was the Monday after Thanksgiving come on ppl want to shop deals today! Only one person SERIOUSLY!! WTH!! This store in Croghan is in need of a serious manager! The manager seems to be off more than he's there?

Dollar General in Croghan, NY is outstanding!! They keep an INCREDIBLY clean, organized store, and the staff are SO very kind and ready to help in any way they can. THE VERY BEST Dollar General I've EVER been in!!

The. Croghan store always seem to have prices one thing then you get to register to pay and its higher. Don't plan on shopping there unless its dog biscuits. They seem to get that right.
