Hands down THE BEST FOOD, PLACE & PEOPLE. It was lovely chatting with them and learning so much about them & from them. I’ve never had such amazing fresh, natural food like that in years! The entire family & staff are the kindest and they are so happy with what they do and it really shows through their smiles and food. I will be coming back again very soon & can’t wait to tell everyone about this place !! Still drooling over that veggie burger 😍

So much more than a deli - at least when compared to NYC delis! The Yellow Deli is more like a visit to a time long before… fresh, ‘farm to table’ food without the high price tag! Everyone who greeted us or served us did so with a smile. We enjoyed every second we spent there and the food was absolutely top notch! The soup of the day was Butternut Squash - and when I asked if it was homemade they said ‘yes and we grew the squash ourselves!’ The pride in what they’re doing shines thru every morsel! I will be back - again and again!!

From the wonderful greeting at the door, to the samples of two of their beverages, Ole Saint Joe and Hibiscus Deli Cooler. (We chose to have the Ole Saint Joe, warmed) Terrific service!Their coleslaw and sandwiches were delicious!It was a joyous way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon.Even their restroom is beautiful!

Recommended by Kerri at Owls Hoot Barn (my Airbnb host who I also recommend!). Definitely worth going to check out if you’re up here — sandwich was amazing and Mate Latte with oat was great too. The servers and mission of the deli puts a cherry on top of the cozy experience going in. Definitely recommend if you’re in or out of town for breakfast or lunch.

We stumbled upon this little spot and could not be happier that we found it! The food was great! The service was amazing! So very friendly and attentative. They were full of people but the staff never seemed rushed. And the atmosphere was completely unexpected - so very quaint & unique. How have we lived up here for a year and never stumbled upon this fabulous spot. We'll certainly be back! And we'll try their other spot, too.

This place is incredible. Fantastic handcrafted decor, lovely staff and the food is delicious. I think this might have been the best sandwich I ever had. Everything we ordered was delicious; soup, sandwich and salad. The blueberry smoothie and hibiscus iced tea were really good as well. Their prices are so low I can only assume it's a part of their ethos to make people happy rather than make profit as I'd have happily paid at least double for this meal. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We are planning to seek out their other locations when we get the chance!

Wow! This place is a must visit when you're in town. I forgot to ask if this place is family owned. The food was absolutely delicious & you can tell they put their hearts in to it! We enjoyed everything. The sandwiches, the smoothies, carrot cake, the waffle was all perfect! Oh, they are super clean. They sanitized & wiped the table, the chairs, the condiments after the customers leaves, ready for the next one! The bathroom smells great & well kept. Glad we found this place! The view of the Hudson River is amazing!Keep up the good work! God bless you & keep you all safe!

This quaint cafe is at times the only place to get a breakfast or lunch in the historic section of Coxackie, It was very busy when I visited and -30 minute wait for sandwiches. It was a long wait but staff was gracious, I also enjoyed the folk music and rustic decor.I dine out frequently and have to say that this was one of the best pastrami sandwiches that I have had in a long time.

What a find, took a red eye out and these folks welcomed me in and didn’t bat an eye as I ordered breakfast and lunch. They welcomed me to join them again and I found this group to be super friendly with great hand crafted food. We love this please the atmosphere the people in the food are all amazing. Beautiful interior, friendly staff, delicious healthy reasonably priced food. Gift section with herbal and medicinal teas, handmade soaps. Our favorite place to eat and gather with friends and family. Love the folk music that greats you as you enter the front door. Pics of my mother enjoying a bottle of root beer and beautiful flowers growing next to the parking area this summer.

Huge thanks to all the staff at the Yellow Deli for the warm welcome we received when 20 of us (17 cyclists from the UK plus our support team) descended during our 550-mile six-day ride from Niagara Falls to Central Park. Wonderful ambience, great food, good coffee and a fantastic location on the banks of the Hudson - Coxsackie may be off the beaten track but the Yellow Deli is worth hunting out. Thank you!

I love the Yellow Deli -- we've been to two of their locations. This one in Coxsackie, which is such a charming upstate NY town, and in Oak Hill, NY. Great food, amazing service, excellent vibe.

This is one of my favorite places in the area. All the food is good, and good for you. Service is super friendly. Great atmosphere right onvthe Huson River. And check out the beautiful paintings of tropical birds on the the wall. Closed Saturdays.

I have never had food so delicious, me and my husband love the food so much (we where having breakfast) we ordered lunch the go. The view facing the lake was breath taking, drinking coffe next to a fire place was such a heart warming feeling. The entire staff where so nice and friendly I highly recommend this ace. When ever we will be around this are we are 100% coming back
