The restaurant is appointed very nicely. It is very clean and crisp. It is located right on the river so you can sit inside or outside with an great view. The service was excellent. There were four of us for lunch and we all ordered something different as it was out first time and wanted to try as many different entrees as possible. My nephew had a pepperoni pizza and really enjoyed it. My sister had the crispy chicken sandwich and thought it was very good. The fries were excellent. My brother in law had the smash burger. He thought it was very good. He also thought the fries were delicious. I had the garlic Mac and cheese. It was average. All the food was served quickly and hot.

I ordered the Smash Burger for lunch and it was amazing. So much food, I could only finish half of it! But still, after eating more than my fill, I saw the waitress bring a pizza out to a table behind me. It looked so good that I wished I had ordered the pizza! And then the guy next to me at the bar gets this cup of meatballs with two pieces of thick garlic toast. Something that looked appetizing on the menu but was absolutely magnanimous in real life. I quickly paid my bill and left as soon as I could. Dead sober, mind you. But positively drunk on food :)

I finally had the opportunity to try Patrick Henry's tonight; I'm sorry I waited so long! I had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, which came with thick cut seasoned fries. Everything about the sandwich was excellent. It was a huge thigh, cooked to perfection with a light yet crispy coating. It was served on a soft, flavorful, delicious bun. I couldn't even tell you what kind of sauce was on the sandwich, but it was really good. All the flavors really worked together. The thick cut seasoned fried were really good also. The hostess/server (sorry I didn't get her name) was friendly and courteous. I also had the pleasure speaking with the manager, Poppy... She took the time to explain some of their new menu changes and was very welcoming and professional. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

We’ve been trying to get down the hill for weeks and the build-up of our excitement was worth the wait!Coxsackie is a lucky little village…the rebirth of our P&H’s is an added plus to the expansion of our waterfront that will leave both locals & visitors alike happy to be here!Your server WILL tell you from their greeting that they offer two unique dining options in their full kitchen and wood fire pizza. If your party chooses to order from both, you may notice your food coming from each location at different dining times, and it obviously can’t be in sync - as it is two separate and unique staff preparing your food.The only thing that we’d have to chalk up in the ‘con’ category, if anything, is that it appears (we sure *hope*) their background music set-up is a temporary situation. The random bluetooth speaker on the chair that was adjacent to our table made it very awkward to hear, and we noticed the servers and host struggling with it, as well, as they often needed to ask patrons to repeat themselves as they came in to request a table. Again, we have to anticipate it is a temporary situation though, because it just doesn’t match the meticulous care and work that went into the beautiful restoration that I am certain the owners are still working hard to perfect.We chose two appetizers and two pizzas, capped off with a signature cocktail and everything was flavorful, delicious and served by both friendly servers and hustling food runners.We are looking forward to many visits to Patrick Henry’s and are so happy they’re here!

This was our first time visiting. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food came quickly. You were allowed to eat at your pace and were not rushed. I had the salmon and it was delicious! I think the favorite of the pizzas we ordered was the butcher shop. My son ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich. He said is was delicious and the fries served with it were freshly made. The chicken was also not premade. We loved the food! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: We went for my son's birthday dinner. It is a family friendly environment. The staff was friendly and wonderful.

Such a GREAT experience here... After failing to get a table at the well-rated italian place nearby during "Restaurant week," we ended lucking out at Patrick Henry's. Huge kudos and wish we could have given 10 stars to Stephanie D who looked after us with amazingly attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and quick service. My draft Kaaterskill Krush IPA was a hazy dream! Confit wings with dry rub and awesome dipping sauce were wonderful, and the pizza!! Oh man, the pizza!! "Ulti-roni" was WAY big enough for me and my teenager son to share, and we took home leftovers... Mountains of pepperoni slices on a perfect crust - super thin and tasty... If you are anywhere nearby, Patrick Henry's is DEFINITELY worth a visit, and take a few extra moments to visit the nearby waterfront park too... Spotlessly clean, great views and informative signs/maps. We loved our visit and can't wait to come back! Thank you Stephanie D and Patrick Henry's!!!

Visited for the first time after my grandfather raved about his experience. The pizza was great, fresh and the crust was crispy. The cauliflower app was sooo good, many Resturant offer it but PH nailed it the best. I ordered a drink I have never had, I didn’t like it but didn’t want to say, the professional waitress notice and ask, since I was asked I shared that I did not like it. She offered a different option and didn’t charge us for the drink I didn’t like. Very insightful, experienced , well trained, professional waitress service! We will definitely be back and tell friends.

On the very sad and sudden loss of our Dad, we needed to find accommodations for a private family gathering on a Friday night that was reachable by family and friends. I reached out to Aaron and was told they would make their second floor at Patrick Henry’s available to us during a very busy weekend. The generous food offerings were delicious and appreciated by us all. The staff was beyond professional and kind - even reaching out to my Mom to offer their sincere condolences. Poppy made sure that all our needs were attended to and offered additional options if some of our guests wanted to stay a bit longer than we had planned. Britney was kept very busy at both the bar and making sure all the dining tables were well tended to - and she even remembered our Mom from her days at RCS. We all look forward to returning to the beautifully revitalized downtown area and gorgeous hotel for a celebration in happier times in the near future.

My sister, BIL and I had a delightful meal. Started with tasty lemon drops followed by outstanding General Tso's cauliflower bites (just spicy enough without bringing tears). We shared a large wedge salad made with romaine (which we frequently use at home) and two pizzas, one was sausage and broccoli Rabe with chunks of ricotta (YUM) and the other Ultaroni with drizzled hot honey -- delish! Total win and will be back.

A beautiful location on the western bank of the Hudson River. My husband had the butcher shop pizza ( so of course we shared) and it was spectacular. I also tried the clam chowder soup which was also wonderful, full of clams and very filling. Service was very good, very attentive, but not hovering. We sat upstairs and had a terrific view of the river. Can’t wait to go back next year in our boat.

We can't thank Patrick Henry's enough! We had a wedding dinner planned at another restaurant canceled our reservation last minute, Chrissy at the front desk of James Newbury was amazing and got us in touch with the Executive Chef at Patrick Henry's - Ian! Who was so great, accommodating and really made the most special dinner for us! We got to setup at a beautiful private balcony overlooking the Hudson and it really was the perfect dinner! The Ultri-roni pizza was SOOO good, the general tsos cauliflower was our favorite too and the caramel apple cheesecake - yum. All the food was great! Thank you again to Ian, Chrissy and the nicest staff at Patrick Henry's!! We really appreciated how sweet and understanding everyone was and how they just wanted to help out to make the day special. It was the best time and we'll never forget it!

I had the Buttermilk Chicken, which was okay. But, for me, it lacked any standout flavor. The appetizer (fried calamari) was fantastic. The service was amazing. There was a misunderstanding with my friends order, and even the chef came out to apologize. They did a great job making it right. You can tell they take pride in their work, and you feel valued as a customer.

While the food was great (and EXTREMELY well priced...don't tell them, but they could be charging more), what really made this place awesome was the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like we were being welcomed home. We started off with cocktails at the main bar and, holy cow! The Lemon Drop and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cold Brew cocktails were AWESOME! From there, the manager, Poppy, asked if we were with a group of people and escorted us upstairs to their back room overlooking the Hudson River. The view from the room and the back deck were the perfect backdrop to a night with friends. While waiting for the rest of our group to arrive, I ventured back down to the bar for another round (I opted to keep my tab open until dinner). Seeing me carrying both (very full) drinks, Poppy jumped right in and helped me carry one of my drinks back upstairs so neither would spill. Once dinner started, I enjoyed the clam chowder (soup of the day) which was very chunky with lots of clams, not just potatoes, followed by the salmon and cous cous, asparagus and cherry tomato salad. The salmon was cooked very well and it was a nice contrast of the hot salmon with the cold cous cous salad. Our waitress Sidney was fantastic, managing a large group of 16 while offering to break up the check into 8 individual couples...something that doesn't ever happen with a group that large. We finally finished up with a visit from the owner, Aaron, who allowed our group to take a tour of the new event venue and hotel next door. This is a beautiful facility and a welcome addition to the Hudson River! Can't wait to come back!

What a fantastic spot! If you love calamari, I double-dog-dare you to try Patrick Henry's. The sauce is unbeatable. We had the spaghetti and meatballs... Could not come close to finishing the plate. The staff treated us like family and the food was fantastic. My highest recommendation. If you get the opportunity, definitely spend an evening here, you will not regret it.

A group of us had dinner here on Friday night. The food and staff were amazing!👏🏻👏🏻 Very relaxing atmosphere inside and out! A huge thank you to Aaron, the owner, for accommodating us in the glass room overlooking the river, it was incredible! Thanks to a friend, we had the pleasure of touring the event space and the hotel, which was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for an event space/hotel to check this place out. Everything was very well thought out! The attention to detail was impeccable! We will certainly be returning and we will be recommending this place to family and friends! Thank you Aaron, Poppy and Sidney for the excellent service and such an enjoyable night out! 👏🏻👏🏻

This restaurant was only opened for 3 days by the time our party of 4 came in later in the evening. Service was excellent. I wish they all had the items on the menu. We all got salads and ordered appetizers and 3 pizzas. The 🍄 pizza was better then I could have imagined. Everything, was really delicious.Brick oven, traditional 🍕 and excellent local products beam with hometown pride. For the bar, they have crafty cocktails with flare. To complete the vibe check, sit outside on a nice evening and glance at the Hudson River in our quiet little town of Coxsackie.

Was excited to try! Celebrating a birthday!Wasn’t given the option to sit outside, wasn’t made aware of the SEVERELY limited menu until after getting drinks and waiting 30 minutes for our table. I’m glad they’re busy and doing well.. but make people aware you only have 2 appetizers available and 2 entrees available. I did not want pizza, but they did have all those options. There’s a lot of kinks to be worked out. Timing is off, appetizer came out 30 minutes after entree. The one entree we were able to get was delicious! I wish them luck, but I won’t return

Absolutely amazing staff and quality of service. We hosted a family reunion here and it went off without a hitch! Damian and his crew were attentive, responsive, and most of all incredibly hospitable. Even for a regular date night or dinner out, I’d gladly come back for some solid food and great drinks. It is not wood burning, it’s a propane flame. I was disappointed not to see any wood in the oven. Kind of false advertising. I wish them luck as the pizza wasn’t bad but I was expecting wood fired.

The atmosphere was nice, small place...outdoor seating. My party didn't want to sit outside that evening. My fault for not making a reservation for 9 pple, but manager kept pushing for us to eat outside. But, with coaxing...he got 2 tables together. Not many options, not alot of seafood options for a waterfront restaraunt. My party orders the fried chicken and the majority of the orders were brunt. Looks like the were fried in old oil, or on high heat. Manager didn't address it after it was brought to his attention, didn't offer anything in replace or comp the orders or offer anything. We weren't treated the way a restaraunt should. Being in the industry....the manager should have addressed it with the patrons who's meals were effected. The server had 2 accidents with spilling part of a drink on my mom and then dropped a container of blue cheese or ranch dressing on my sister's leg. It wasn't a good experience and doesn't look like we'll return again.

I been here a few times, my honest opinion it's a great place, what needs improvement is the watered down blue cheese for the wings not good! Tastes like dish water. The mild wings had no sauce on them just plain wings . The smash burger tasted like 2 rubber sponges with way over salted to cover up the nastiness ,one bite and I was done. It says wood fire pizza and haven't tasted it , I even closed my eyes to imagine the taste and still wasn't there.
