It's a fine Walmart, no issues with employees or anything. But, since the death of 24 hour stores, this place gets SO packed during the day. I can't just stop and think anymore. I go here to do grocery shopping, but I just end up leaving without really getting anything sometimes because I just can't mentally deal with this anymore.I used to come here at like 3 AM at times to walk around, think, and get things I need. But, that's gone now.

Very disorganized. It is not the associates causing the disorder however they are as helpful and pleasant as they can be. What the issue is that the items are placed in places that take the most amount of time to find to where sometimes it takes up to twenty minutes to find just one item. I am no longer comfortable in the store so when there is an item I must get there like my straight talk card from now on I will just order the card online.

Excellent, kind and fair gentleman manager!! The staff are friendly and helpful too, and the one girl at the service desk was so kind to me when I felt sad one day. Speaking with her really cheered me up! Kudos!! As a result, instead of going back to my vehicle my heart was warmed and content, and I bought three wonderful products at the store.Ty all!!

Pretty much always have what I want with the exception of cheddar cheese soup cups. They always have a shortage of those. The great-grandkids love them so wish they would keep them in stock better.

I spoke with a supervisor buy the name team Emma in package delivery of no help , extremely unprofessional and rude … as she debates and argues with me the customer … her employe left an opened package outside of cortland college with 1000s of people walking around … me telling the delivery person that called me during delivery, i don’t live out there to ask the building of address, i always send and never receive a call , she disnt ask for my name to confirm she was even speaking to person she was delivering to or my sons info to call and make sure he got package fyi i have packages sent more then once in past no problem …. Instead the driver left package outside amongst several people open bags … for anyone to grab … the worst part is when i ask supervisor how can we fix it i just need my son to get these packages it's extremely important she doesn’t ask a name or order she says i have to call customer relations and get a refund …??? Instead of just contact employee and get answers or look my order up and help replace that was her solution didn't even ask my name or for order # then hung up i have shopped with Walmart for years , decades and never such a problem , this is first poor interaction i do not recommend this Walmart customer service horrible

Honestly this store doesn’t deserve even one star !!! I’m completely appalled at how these mangers conduct themselves!!! My husband who was there salting their parking lot and carts all throughout the parking lot which makes the job of snow removal and salting hard !! A cart handle was slightly sticking out at which time my husband hit the cart ( no damage done to cart ) The manager then came out, screaming at my husband, accusing him of being drunk while working called the police who came did a whole sobriety test, and my husband was not under the influence of alcohol nor drugs but Yeah, Walmart banned him from going to Walmart!!! Walmart should be ashamed of the people they hire false accusations And they treat other people is poorly

I love this store!!!!💯💯💯 Everything you need or want is right at this store. One stop shop. Ussaly the workers are grumpy not all but some are. Customer service is 3 out of 5. Other than that I wish it was a 24 hour store like it use to be😞. Self check out is great easy and fast. Still I’m in there for at least hour and tops 3 hours lol that’s because it my girlfriend lol. Over all I love Walmart it’s the best store we have in Cortland and I have lived here my whole life 34 years!!!! Walmart is #1 store in Cortland so it definitely deserves 5 stars ✨❤️💯

Used self check out. Staff yelled across the area to scan christmas clearance items by color. They all had the same upc code. The stood over me until those items were complete. A little over the top with concern over inventory.

I talked to someone on the phone about returning my heating blanket that stopped working after a few months and he was very rude, I can't exchange it even though I have my receipt very unprofessional do better!!

These people were having trouble with their groceries bc they got so much that the self checkout machine was timing out and they didn't move them to a register to make it easier/ less stressful on the customer.

Asked associate if they had any 4lb bags bn sugar since they had pallets and pallets of groceries they were putting away. She wasn't willing to help. The reason wegmans is one of the best places to work is shelves are always stocked and employees are friendly.

It's one of the largest in the area but it's useless as it's usually barren. Occasionally it looks like they're turning a new leaf and have a mass of staff and everything stocked and cleaned and the next visit, trashed. I have abandoned carts and walked out as I refuse to use self checkout without being compensated for my time and labor. Anyone who uses self checkout is daft and believes the job is below them, yet they do it for free. Irony at it's finest. They do have the lowest prices. However I never buy meat as it's rotten or almost white in color. Unless it's chicken, than it's yellow.

Never enough live cashiers. Rich company yet you have to buy your own bags, I am sure they could afford to give you a bag.With your arms full of your unbagged items they want to check your receipt. I hate shopping there!

Not the best. Workers are worn out and seemed stressed with all the problems the company is doing with the theft. Other than that everything is not fully stocked but its getting a bit better. I wish they would have a better atmosphere selection and better service over there to provide more information.
