I'll go in there and have a 2-hour conversation when it was only supposed to be 2 minutes these people are like my second family anytime I've ever been going through it I go in there and somehow get a therapy session talk about anything you want these people will entertain you I love them I recommend them

By far one of the best shops in the area. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, just amazing. Everytime I'm in town I have to stop. Their house juice Drip Wick comes in various flavors, its second to none. I would easily put it up against most premium juices. They also have everything for the novice vapor, to the more experienced vapor. You need it, odds are they have it. I would highly recommend them, they're even open on Sundays.

Seemed like they were only interested in selling the expensive stuff to people who are transitioning from smoking and don’t have the knowledge needed to make an educated decision. I was one of these people. I was sold a POS $60 e pen that later that day bit the dust. I felt like an outsider the entire time I was in the store and my opinion went in one ear and out the other. I have since found more reputable shops that actually care and want their customers to be informed before making their decisions.

I really enjoyed Cortland's only vape shop. The guy was very helpful and the other customers were super nice. The shop has one of those stuffed animal crane games, and if you win something, you can trade it for a free bottle. One guy there actually bought the two bottles I got there with his credit. Thanks dude!

Great staff great people expecally Sam. Was very new to the vape thing and he helped me with everything I needed to get started. He took the time and explained things to me that was confusing to me at first. Since then I've been on a clean path of not smoking cigs. Great place and feel the 1 star reviews were uncalled for and totally bogus reviews by people who never been. Just go and check it out for yourself.

Last week, I had decided to get into vaping as a tobacco alternative. The guy (I wish I got his name) behind the counter helped me decide what to get to start out. He took the time to teach me how to use the device and was very patient with me. Throughout the week, I was having problems with the device. After a few minutes, the same guy did some troubleshooting and found out I had gotten a faulty coil with my kit. He installed a new one and also had given me a bottle of juice to replace what was leaking out. Thank you for your customer service, it is much appreciated!

Very relaxed classic vape shop. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. Went on just to check it out and ended up talking with another customer and the person at the counter for 30 minutes and bought a new rda, great little shop.

I have tried other vape shops in the past. However my brother visits the shop in cortland and he told me about Vape Kult. I love this shop and will not go anywhere else anymore. The employees at both shops are amazing. The liquid here is quality and will not burn your coils!!! I advise all my friends to buy their liquid from here.

There was a woman in the shop who was extremely disrespectful and rude. She stated, "I don't have to do anything because this is my shop." Well now I hope your business runs right into the ground. The way you conducted yourself was unprofessional and disgusting.
