Jackie is an amazing, kind hearted employee and deserves a raise and every ounce of recognition she can get! I went in today with a sleeping baby in my arms to pick up feed for the week and Jackie went out of her way to offer assistance as soon as she saw me with the baby. She loaded my feed bags onto my cart, pushed my cart to checkout for me, then walked me to my car and loaded the feed bags for me so I wouldn’t have to struggle multi tasking with a sleeping baby in my arms and handling 5 of 40 pound feed bags. I am so incredibly grateful she took those 10 minutes out of her day to do that, because it may have only been a mere fraction of her day, but her kindness changed my entire day. Thank you so much, Jackie.

I come here at least once a week. It isn't hard to spend hundreds without trying. I have never had an issue shopping here, other than the occasional times things I need are out of stock. That is pretty rare nowMy only complaint is it's hard to find certain things. That's not really a knock on them, it's just lack of space. They seriously need a bigger store.Staff is friendly and helpful. They even professionally handled a time when someone came in through the front door wearing only their underwear and was yelling, demanding the staff help fill their propane tanks

Decent. They are well stocked but the place is a bit grungy and prices are higher than what I'm used to on pet supplies. The staff also have a habit of blocking aisles completely when they are restocking shelves. Check out was fast and easy.

I visit often when staying at my cabin in a nearby village. Great for a variety of products to support work in the lawn, field or forest. Always know you are getting a good deal here.

Had a return to do, quick easy and painless, everybody was helpful, I called beforehand and ensured I could do the return in-store (I ordered online for black Friday), which was a nice and simple task. Rather enjoyed it myself.

It is a good and clean place to shop, but their online ordering system needs improvement. Should have the option to check in and they bring it to you. I ordered 12 cans of dog food and it was not bagged... Common sense.

Awesome place for all kinds of stuff, indoor, outdoor, pets, farm animals, birds and a tons more stuff. You find things here you would never expect. Lots of parking. Great staff and their prices are more than reasonable. Really easy to get to off Route 13.

Hate the entrance & exit on to State Route 281 Cortland New York. It's dangerous and you take your life in your own hands. No adequate turning lane. Used to shop the store all the time shop it only occasionally now. I do like the store the product and the prices but I feel it's just a dangerous place to go shop now since they moved. Maybe this will go to management and understand that they have to do something different because accidents have already happened at their entrance.

I don't know what is going on with this place. We thought when this new one got built maybe it would change. We went in there to buy a few things we really needed, and needed assistance with, we walked around for 45 minutes trying to find a sales associate....nothing. I ended up sticking my head in the employee's only door. To conclude, when we went to pay for what we wanted there was 1....1 darn register open and the line was clear back to the back wall. Needless to say we left...with nothing. I wish this place would get it together.

Get all your farming needs and let supplies. They have awesome deals on everything if you catch them at the right time. They sell some of the best high quality cowboy boots and hats in the area

Store has a cramped feel to it. Aisles are very narrow. Prices seem to be on the high end. Unsafe forklift driver outside of the store and in the parking lot

I love the tractor supply in cortland, always great service. Until this morning around 9. There was a whole shelf of winter boots that was labeled $24.99 but on the tags it said $39.99. So we called a manager up there. USUALLY stores sell it for the price that's mismarked or give a discount. We didnt get either, which we did not mind. What we did mind was she didnt apologize or say it was their fault. She just rudely said nope its 39.99 and my boyfriend suggested changing the price tags on them because they are wrong. She did not even pay attention to him then just walked away. It's just disrespectful. The cashier on the other hand was great.

Anyone knows it ain't "Texas" if you don't have Dr. Pepper, food was really good, the rolls ..yummy! And they know how to make a really good Margarita! Not sure why this shows up under tractor supply, it was suppose to be Texas Roadhouse Ithaca.

The Store needs to Inforce the wearing of tace mask. If all of of do not wear mask. The mask do not work. It's like a weak link in a chain. If I go into the store again during this pandemic, and the rule is not 100% unforced, I'll take my business elsewhere.

After being told by our president that vaccinated people didn't have to wear masks and seeing no mask notices on door I entered with no mask at which time I was rudely approached by a store employee asking me to wear mask. Had no problem with that but when I tried to speak to her she walked away and ignored me. I will not be using your store as there are many more places that will take my money without infringing on my rights. I'm done with tractor supply.

Most helpful and friendly staff possible. If you have a question the guy behind the counter doesn't have he'll send you back to talk to the mechanics. Bought my kubota here. Buy my replacement parts here. Buy my consumables here. Rolled my tractor and they put a new engine in it for me, I buy my hardware here when I can, have grade 5, grade 8, brass, stainless and all in sae and metric from 4-40's to at least 1-1/2", chain, chainsaws. Can't say enough good things about it. Little hard to get there sometimes because of their hours, but as a construction worker respect they give their employees a home life much more.
