The line there was rediculous it started at the clothes section to my left that is insaine and stupid! They should really tell customers to get in line by the jewlery case. Rediculous and not returning til they get that all fixed out lost a customer there!! >:(

This place is a joke how do you sell electronics when they don't work when you just take them in put a huge amount of a dollar on it , then when you go to return it you can't get your money back you have to do an exchange and when you can't find enough to make up for returning the item they don't give store credit so you literally have to eat the money you spent , there's no manager there on the weekend at all from what I was told. This is ridiculous I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE, THE TEAM IS RUDE !! DONT SHOP HERE !

Nice place to visit. Prices are a bit high so you have to pick. The petite short haired volunteer or worker that puts out the brickbrack has been rude to myself and to my special needs son a few times which is quite unusual for thrifty shopper stores.

I just encountered the rudest assistant manager named Sue.When you walk through the door the color for discounts of 50 and 70% off was green and red I had over $100 worth of green and red items and I asked the young man why on the other side is saying pink and green discounted he states that it was they forgot to change the sign. I have to speak to a manager they said she was not on duty so they brought me this lady named Sue what a disaster she was so unhelpful by saying I can put all your stuff back for you.Let this be understood everything in that store is donated meaning they received it for free to help the unfortunate and Sue just blew it for the unfortunate for me I not only donate things to that store I buy things from them store those days are over!

This Thrifty Shopper location is always well-kept. The staff was very pleasant and neat in appearance. It's possible to bring someone in who is in a wheelchair, only slightly challenging getting through the door, but not too bad.

Always a ton of great finds!! Staff is very helpful and they always give you an honest opinion on items if you try them on! There is a middle aged woman that works at this location also & she is absolutely amazing! She has such a great personality! Love it!

Prices are pretty high for a thrift store, especially when many of the items they have aren't of really great quality. (Walmart branded items for $7.99? That's asking for a lot) When things do go on sale with their color coded tag system, at 50 & 70 percent off, it's worth it... Just seems like a large majority of the tags never go on sale... Or maybe I just don't go in as often as I'd need to in order to see certain tags on sale.However, the people that work there are great - kind, personable, and helpful.

If you are looking for second hand clothes and in good condition this is your place. There you can find toys, shoes, electronics, furniture, things for the kitchen and of course clothes. And the employees are super helpful and attentive.

The Thrifty Shopper has come a long way at their New location, and I noticed they are getting more and more organized! It's nice and neat, clean and the associates are very nice!It's definitely worth a trip!

The clothes are clean and there are varieties ! This place has saved me so many times on kids clothes its insane! Kids shirt 3.99 and get pants that have never been worn for kids for like 2.99 there are some great finds here, can easily spend a day! :)

Well I guess you could say it's the same as most thrifty shoppers. A lot of the stuff is missing parts, doesn't work, does not come with the rechargeable battery, or has something else wrong with it. So I guess you could say that some of that stuff belongs in a landfill. I went to the thrifty shopper today in cortland. Same junk it over priced prices. As an example, a small AM/FM radio that is probably 15 or 20 years old, $9.99.

I was on line when I over heard the cashier with the dark eye mascara talking to a customer about all of the MINORITY CHILDREN saying that she should watch them. The customer also put her bag closer to her and the cashier said that she “was right to do that”. The conversation went on and I had to leave because I couldn’t take that as a White man. Disgusting
