This place is a gem! Located in the heart of Cortland, they stock a great selection if local and organic products, including fresh produce, cheeses, meats and vegan options . Have a bulk section, too. I love their grab and go food options for a quick lunch (deviled eggs, chickpea salad, and a cold lavender and coconut milk latte)!

I was visiting my hometown for Christmas, and being vegan, it's usually a challenge. This time it was easy! I ate at the cafe twice and both times it was superb! They made sure to explain what was on the sandwiches and that I was ok with it. I took my sister who is super picky and she loved it too- even the vegan potato salad! We ended up buying lots of organic things for her to try and so far she has loved them all. I love that they support local farms, artists, and the community. This place is THE BEST!

So happy Cortland has a health food store (and that it's locally owned)! Great selection, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. I especially love the kombucha filling station. I come in each week to fill up my growler and love that I'm cutting down on bottle waste. Thank you Local Food Market, keep it up!

One of very few places im willing to shop at anymore. If you want to change your lifestyle and begin healthy eating and living, this is the starting line! Most of their foods include gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, and organic selections. The staff is very friendly and helpful and provide a home away from home environment

The best health food store in the area!!! They have a great selection of local products and the usual organic fair. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They keep the store very clean and well organized. Highly recommended!

Covid-19 waiting to happen. Dirty inside. Hardly anyone wearing masks, including someone restocking shelves. Nobody asked to social distance so you're stuck in line between people without masks and no enforcement of their own distancing markers. This place has really gone downhill. I formerly frequented it for specialty items. Overpriced, wilting food and horrible service and customer care. I'll never go back. Truly the single worst shopping experience I've had since the pandemic began.

One of my favorite places in Cortland. The atmosphere is awesome, the food in the cafe is delicious and the staff is friendly. It is like a market you would find in Ithaca or a large city. I consider it a great to shop here

This small grocery is wonderful and delish! They used to have a nice food counter but with covid, they discontinued! Hopefully they will come back someday! They still have no any ready to eat foods in the front! Nice store and friendly staff!

Great little market emphasizing organic & local items. Has a tiny cafe inside. Love that they put signs on the shelves for items which are locally grown or made. Includes small selection of re-useable glassware, vitamins & supplements, & health & beauty aids. Ready to go salads, cookies & snacks.

If you are gluten free you MUST visit this place. It is a one if a kind store in our area. They also have all kinds of fresh salads and sandwiches if you wanna pop in for a quick lunch or bite to eat.

A tad pricey for most things (it is mostly organic, so you are paying more for quality food), but a convenient place for me to walk to and get fresh fruit and veggies, I shop here weekly and the staff is always friendly.
