Placed an online catering order. Day of pickup, there wasn't an order ready for me. For whatever reason the order did not process. Employee Levie jumped into action without a second thought! Giving his best to make this workout for me. Soon after Tiffany jumped in too. Thanks to their amazing work and care I was able to still obtain the items I thought I had ordered for a family gathering. These two will never know the true gratitude and appreciation I have for them.

The customer service at this store is top notch every time I go. From the deli to the sales associates to the managers, everyone is willing to stop and help you find items. And not just point to you, but physically walk with you and make sure you know. The last time I was in I also had a great experience with a cashier. Sorry I didn't catch her name but she had long hair and a nose ring. She pulled me out of self scan even though I warned her I had three large separate orders. She patiently helped me and bagged and even let me know about a sale I had missed and waited while I ran to grab another item.Although where items are located can be confusing (pepperoni in 3 different places)I'm sure it's a corporate decision however, I have grown to love coming to this PC.

Friendly employees, great customer service. Unfortunately the customer service desk closes and can't help you 7pm even though the store is open much later. That's annoying for those who work late, so I deducted 1 star

The store was decently stocked and clean. Obviously they're understaffed but who isn't these days? The deli and bakery staff were helpful and their service was great. The pharmacy staff here is terrible though, they don't help you or offer help with understanding meds. I waited 40 minutes to ask about my daughter's medication but no one came, they just sat there on their computers. I had the prescription transferred to Kinny on 281, go there instead.

I really love this store! The prices seem to be going up, but that's happening everywhere! :( They have the best homemade bread! Their meats & seafood are very good, too. The people who work here are always helpful & courteous & they go the extra mile. Whenever I have had a problem, the ones at the service counter handle it. I have struggled with their e-coupons, but I am technologically-challenged. The cashiers & those at the service counter always work things out for me.

Best prices, good produce, decent meats, strong freezer sections. Lots of good sales prices each week. Not enough cashiers but self service folks are generally helpful. Best store in Cortland currently. Electric vehicle charging for free while you shop.

Nice store, prices are good. But as a handicap person, it would be helpful if the store had an electric cart. I would be able to do more shopping here than Walmart next door.

I'm new to shopping here on a weekly basis. So i am still learning where everything is. But placement seems somewhat logical. There are a few specific items they don't carry like Perry's Ice cream sandwiches, chiavetta's italian dressing and crazy salt. So for now we get that elsewhere. But all in all a clean, brightly lit store. Staff could be more attentive and they definitely need a course in packing groceries.

Price chopper is okay. I went to get a few things. My bagels rang up cheaper than the sign said, so that was good. The cream cheese was a tad off putting (smell) even though it said it would be good til like March of 23. I missed the meat deadline for pre-order; I guess that is on me. I had a bad experience picking it up too early in the past and Christmas morning my rib roast was rancid. I went to CP this year, hoping for better results.

The store is always clean and has most anything you may be seeking. Their cultural food sections are becoming more diverse as well but still has a ways go to.

Can often find great deals on food here. I give 5 stars for the pharmacy alone and for Lisa. She's amazing and so helpful and always remembers who I am. A genuinely caring person. This place is great for diabetics. Oral meds and many supplies always free :)

This store is super clean and organized. They have great weekly deals. Prices are reasonable, especially if you have a bonus card. Only downfall is I wanted to use my brother’s bonus card with his permission, didn’t have it on me, but you have to show a license. Thankfully the store employee let me use the store bonus card or I would have had to leave, as I would not have been able to afford the groceries without the amazing deals.

Quick stop in Price Chopper to visit the floral dept. Great deal on carnations, you can check out in that Floral. Got delicious chocolate covered strawberries.

Great supermarket chain! Wide selection of products as well as their own brand. Nice seafood department, meat department, fresh produce and bakery. Always have good sales. Prefer them over Wegmans any day!!! Has a good rewards program as well.

Really clean and well put together. The pharmacy selection is pretty minimal. Also, I don't know if it's their shipping or storage method but I've bought milk there on three separate occasions and each time it was spoiled, even though the stamp said it was before the 'sell buy' date.

I was grateful they were open at 6:30am, the store was super clean, all employees were wearing their masks, as was I. Also, the groceries I purchased were my normal items I actually get at a different store, but the pricing was comparable. I appreciated that as well.

Most frustrating day and no help here! my friend lost her debt card and we assumed their would be a protocol working at similar jobs in the past but no one was asking any details about the card and my friend had to ask them to leave their name and number. The managers were standing w blank looks when we asked about the card! We asked were we could return our groceries since their was no way to pay and the women told us to return them ourselves? Terrible customer service but good food I guess

Very satisfied with the cooked lobsters.Also got some cod. I didn't know they fry it for you. A very nice lady asked me if I wanted it fried, and I didn't know that was an option. She gave me a broucher with the fried dinners that they do there too. very pleased with the service I got tonight. A big thank you to the lady in seafood for the wonderful food and amazing experience. I certainly will be coming back.

Their staff is local and seem to recognize their local community patrons. Price Chopper has a great bakery, great deli, great fresh bagels, plentiful options in their produce department, and their deals are usually some of the best in town. Also great for local and regional businesses as they offer products found significantly native to our community. Very helpful staff and for the most part, the staff seem to enjoy their part in working there. Price chopper staff are also great with customer service, and actually take time to address every customer equally even if the issue is minor.

We found some good deals here. We don't usually shop at discount stores but we checked out Price Chopper to see whT they had. We were pleasantly surprised to find organic food and made a plan to have make your own pizzas. We got some good fixings and some household items as well. Great deals and easy, Checkout. I don't get out here to often but it seems like a good place to shop.Wasn't impressed with their Hood ice cream.Love their produce section, very big with tons of choices.Bakery Dept. Needs work as twice now I've purchased doughnuts that were mislabeled.Nothing more disappointing then expecting one thing and getting Bavarian cream. 😕

I love price chopper. Prices are great. Majority of the workers are great and others are not. The bakery and seafood girls are awesome and always like their service. One thing I had heard recentlywas a couple of workers swearing as I was checking out. Italways Will bemy favorite place to shop aside from swearing workers

Shopping at Price Chopper since the Tops in Cortland closed. I'm about done shopping there! Shopping there is a slow and unsatisfying experience! Waited around 10 minutes for a bakery person to notice they had a customer to pick up a cake at the bakery a few weeks ago This week, I gave up waiting for a deli person to materialize and do their job. Meat case is mostly empty, especially for sale items, and two days in a row the butcher told me he could get some of the on sale chuck roast out in "10-15 minutes"- he was just going to cut some. Produce is often close to expiration, and not very fresh looking in general. Sale items are often out of stock. Too bad Tops wasn't left open so I could actually get good groceries, quickly!!

We were able to score some great prices. I need to go here more often. We bought there own pizza that you bake. It was buy one get one free. 10.25 total. The pizza was very good.

Generally this store has been great most ways, clean and smell free. The clerks are wonderful and very pleasant when asked questions.. They know their store and were every thing is.Cons;Very disappointed in how the fruit and veggies area is set up. Way to many small set ups for anyone that has a walking disability. Around and around we have to walk. If I had a list it might be OK, but I personally like to look and see what is the freshest and get ideas based on what I see. . The area is like a loop to loop maze. I find I miss out on seeing all the items and just go on passing up on looking the items over. I have to say I do save money by skipping the extra walking.But here is the BIGGEST COMPLAINT. One that will make me think twice before buying meat from Price Chopper in the future. I picked up a three pound savings pack of your ground meat the other day for making Jerky. As I prepared the meat I noticed that it was very crumbly and did not want to stick to it's self. The package was the eighty five/ fifteen mix. at Five dollars and nineteen cents a pound. So now I place it into my jerky gun and it just was not working as well as in the past. Just broke apart and fell apart. I rechecked my package looking for a reason. Was I surprised to see that the liquid collector on the bottom of the package was NOT COLLECTING BLOOD, but a dark brown colored water, It was filled with water.. AS I filled the trays I was wishing I had not already put in the seasoning. I would of then been able to paper towel the meat. I ended up going on with filling the rack for the dehydrator. As I moved the racks off the counter onto the dehydrator I noticed there was puddles of brown WATER not blood on the counter.. Yes puddles on the counter even after adding DRY jerky mix to the ground meat.So now I ask why, why am I paying for hamburg eighty five/ fifteen mix, but receiving WATER INJECTED HAMBURG .. Is it eighty five ground with fifteen water added?Just wonderingJudy

Very clean store. Everyone is happy and happy to help. Wal-Mart and other stores are worlds worse. The AdvanEdge card is amazing. The fuel savings is awesome. There's bonus fuel items in store. I've saved over a dollar a gallon. There's no shortage of products either. Everything is stocked and neat, would definitely recommend. 6 stars
