He was an absolute pleasure; charming, articulate… and he is the primary reason I will return for the most satisfying and overall best shopping experience.

I'm a tall guy that would like to find clothes that fit. Sometimes I can, usually I can't...but I'll still keep trying my luck here.Unless it's shoes I'm looking for.Hey Marshall's ordering dept: guys buy shoes too. Years ago you sold men's footwear. Store was really nice and clean and they have a great selection and nice and friendly staff. However I do not recommend working here. They only offer part time positions and give a majority of people 12 hours a week. They only gave me 4 hours a week and they never bothered to train me on register or fitting rooms. They hire way too many employees give them way little hours until it’s there busy season and even then they still kept me at 4 hours a week because of this I ended up getting another job elsewhere.

Great quality of clothing, accessories men’s wear women’s wear dining ware, such a variety. If you’re in the area definitely check this place out. Definitely brand names for less may be last years but great quality, but I would recommend shoe depot for sneakers boots and other footwear their sneaker boot quality is not there at Marshall’s. Also, great for linens and other home Decour even have a little pet section. As well as toys and sports.

When they first opened they had an even selection of clothing and footwear for men and women.The selection of clothes for men is decent but nothing crazy.There's nothing for men's shoes. A couple of hey dudes in a size 15 and that's it.

Quick and easy place to pick up new clothes for any occasion. They also have a huge selection of miscellaneous items all throughout the store like colognes, lights, add-ons for phones... and the staff are great! Always a smile and very helpful.

One of my favorite places to shop during my time in Cortland. There is such a wide variety of all sorts of things it is easy to get lost in this store for an hour or two. Highly recommend.

Love the prices. A difficult to find large sizes. very polite staff. I was greeted at the door and they cleaned my shopping cart handle for me. I was also asked if I found everything I needed easily. It's a great store with great prices it's just hard to find the size you need.

Always find something when we go there. Bought some low sugar strawberry jelly , some coffee, and some other items. Always fun to look. Some pretty cool furniture and home decor.

The local store is fine, but I would never ever order anything online from them again.... It took over a month to get my order because they use lasership, which should really be called lazyship. I wouldn't care so much but I had to pay $10 for shipping for a pair of shoes. They were a gift.... They didn't make it on time so I had to buy another gift... Expensive venture

Love the store in .Cortland. Because I'm in WC it is not as easy to shop but the people are so good! I'm wanting to apply for a credit card but not unless I can pay my bill instore.

They somehow have so many quality items yet nothing I ever need. I don't know why I've gone here like 10 times thinking I'll come out with a gift or a new shirt and one time I came out with merchandise.... 2 pairs of discounted Puma boxer briefs, very comfortable by the way.

I was looking to buy a pair of shoes for work (office casual). They never seem to have my size that's comfortable. I usually wear an 8.5womens, but the choices they had were too narrow/small. I chose a size bigger, but now they are too big. I wish they had a few choices in a wide selection. I normally don't need a wide, but with the selection they had a wide would have been my best option.

It was alright, not my best shopping experience. When it came to men's shirts they had like 100 mediums, 100 xlarge, but only like 15 large, and incase you couldn't tell by the phrasing used, I'm a large.The staff was nice though.

Had a issue over the price of an item. Clerk was not very helpful. Manager was sort of nice and understanding. At first they was not going to correct the problem. However I was persistent, finally the problem was solved. However, customer service is very bad.

This place is great for the community but is quite lacking in products. When going to a store in the same brand family, I could spend over an hour (or longer) wandering around looking at everything. The longest I've spent in this store is about 20 minutes. The shoe section is underwhelming and the variety is hit or miss. The clothing options are definitely not what I'd want to spend hours digging through the racks for. My favorite part is the housewares. I've been able to find great things there and I do find the prices reasonable. I'll continue to visit the store when it is convenient.

Marshalls has great deals. On a recent trip we found a piece of furniture that had some slight damage that was repairable. The piece was marked down however the manager was willing to negotiate. I recommend this location highly.
