Last month, I would have given 5 stars- they had a medication I couldn't find in Ithaca (anywhere!). I go through Cortland to work in Syracuse once a week, so it was a great solution. However, this month I called and asked if I could pick up my prescription a day early I know my insurance allows a couple early release (vacation release) days per year.When I spoke to the pharmacist (Ben) he said he COULD do that, if I had a longer period of filling prescriptions there, but he WOULDN'T do it since this is only the 2nd month I've filled prescriptions at Kenny's. Now, I have to make a 1-hour drive to get my prescription on the scheduled date or wait a week -the next time I'm driving through Cortland. Thanks Ben (not)!

Don't really have any issues here, they did fill an expired script without me asking them to, that was sketchy. No other issues besides that though.

pharmacist Ben, doesn't answer any questions about medications when asking. I really enjoy everyone else at Kinneys BESIDES BEN, he's very lacking in customer service skills.

From the outside you may not go in, but please do. The pharmacy is my favorite. The people behind the counter are very knowledgeable and wonderful at their jobs. The store itself has lots of items as well.

This is a very large drugstore chain and is more detailed than CVS, Walgreens, or Rite Aid. It is better than these in my opinion. They have so many different products and except for Rite Aid having the GNC that is the only thing that they have on Kinney drug stores.

My prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner. The pharmacist is very polite and helpful. This is my favorite place to fill prescriptions.
