We’ve been going to Kinneys on rt 281 in Cortland, NY for years and they are outstanding, second to none. Even though they’re usually extremely busy, we get great customer service and very pleasant people who go the extra mile. Love them!

Blonde can never find my medicine. Not Nancy but the other pharmacist treats you like you are done. If the amount that I am taking changes I need to know what is being filled. Not go home and find out. Both bottles are set for refill.with the same name. This to people are rude. She gets my medicine. Then chats with the pharmacist about dogs. I dread going there when they are working. But Nancy is great.

Mostly 5 stars across the board, except the 1 guy who answered the phone after my surgery. Upon asking if my prescriptions were filled, he stated something along the lines of those 3 are over the counter drugs your insurance doesn't cover and we don't fill. Talking to me like I'm stupid but he is the ignorant one that didn't consider I literally just left surgery and am not going to walk around a store and try to find something I have no knowledge of. If he doesn't want to help sick people he should consider a job as a janitor, since he's such a pos. If they terminate him I'll change my review to 5 stars.

A lot of good products available and the employees all seem pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. The place is clean and well-organized. Easy in and out, even in a wheelchair.

Truthfully don't really appreciate my medications that were sent in yesterday come up missing , maybe if you guys had a better staffing this wouldn't happen. Also never in my life have I had a pharmacist not know how to pronounce my medication and tried spelling it for me. I will be going thru someone else. This place is a joke 💯

Had a customer in front of me with his lottery tickets and i was carrying a frozen pizza and candy. I waited for 5 minutes the system was having issues taking the dudes lottery ticket and talked about the drawings and i should of said "I have a frozen pizza in my hand can you hurry up?!?!" So after waiting i dropped the candy and put the pizza back and stormed out of the store Angry!Why can't they have another person at the front counter worst employee who is slow!!!😡

Will be changing my pharmacies. The pharmacist, Tammy, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. The way she talks to the people who are getting their prescriptions is absurd, especially elderly people. The other workers are great, I feel bad they have to work with such a rude and condescending person. & yes people do have bad days, but this certainly isn’t the first time I’ve overheard her be snappy and rude, and just take a quick look at the other reviews? Ouch

Kim in the pharmacy went above and beyond for me tonight and was happy to help when I had a special request. It was something she could have easily declined to do but instead found a way to make it work. I was in the drivethru with my 3 kids- including a sick 3 year old and an 8 month old. From one mother to another - thank you so much. Your kindness was so appreciated.

If I could give it no stars I would! The older gentleman in the pharmacy is always giving me a hard time on top of going out of his way to be rude. I feel judged by the staff bc of the medications I receive and I almost left in tears of embarrassment the way I was treated by the PHARMACIST! A little humility and kindness go a long way.

I always have to wait 35-40 minutes for a prescription that has been sent in early in the morning and pick it up around 4 pm. They always say that they are having computer issues or they are short staffed. This has happened several times to me. And today I was talked to very rude by I believe the pharmacist. Very unhappy with the overall visits at this Kinney's.Here Ian again today 11/15. Came to get my mom's prescription. Just 1 this time. Was told to wait 45 minutes. Waited 45 minutes, got back in line just to be told I have to wait another 45 minutes. I understand that they are short handed, but this is unbelievable. My mom is 83 with cancer and we live 45 minutes away. She has been at the Dr office for 2 hours and now we have to wait 90 minutes to get 1 prescription, then drive another 45 minutes home. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I've been a Kinney's (Route 281) customer for probably 30 years and have never had an issue getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. I realize every place is short-handed now, but don't tell me my prescription will be ready at 3 p.m. and then when I check at 4:30, it's still not ready, and tell me it may not be ready that day! Also, I phoned in to have a prescription refilled 4-5 DAYS ago that needed to be renewed through doctor's office, and Kinneys was supposed to contact them. I just called the doctor's office, and they HAVE NOT been notified for another prescription renewal. so they are sending one in!!! This is bordering on incompetence at this point! This prescription is for glaucoma medication. Thank goodness I still have enough for a few more days. At this rate, it may take another week to get it refilled at Kinneys!! Ridiculous. Thinking seriously of changing pharmacies.

Always have to wait forever to get my prescriptions, then get asked do you need them today umm yeah thats why my doctor called them in. Now I have to make another trip to go get them and this is not the first time. I am not sure why the drive thru line is so slow and long. Get it together.

Patients - dont go here for prescriptions - as a prescriber we can't send prescriptions here. The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone and they don't fill the prescriptions left on their messaging system.Unsure how they are still in businesses with this model / service.

This place is the worst.Cashiers are clueless and slow when they do decide to check you out.Anyone who works in the pharmacy needs to pinch, and remind themselves you are working for Kinney Drugs in Cortland NY. Grow up cowards.
