I asked for an small ice in a cone n a cup incase it fell off the cone. Ice cream was put in the dish like they just threw it in the bowl. Was on the out of the bowl n stuck the cone on top of the ice cream. I had to scoop the ice cream into the cone n eat the rest out the dish with napkins on the outside of the dish. The two male working were joking around with each other and not paying attention to what they were doing. Never said ty or nothing.Parking: It's on a corner. When u leave the parking lot make sure u go to light so u don't get hit leaving.Kid-friendliness: They get in line with parents, order, n walk to their cars.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy

“Dole Whip” is nothing like a pineapple flavored anything. It was pinkish purple and tasted more like cherry air freshener. Pros: Lots of parking and the gentleman at the counter was courteous. LOTS of other flavors and toppings to choose from, maybe next time.

We were back visiting and wanted to get some ice cream from what used to be one of our favorite spots. However, one person working on a Friday night is not sufficient. Us and two other people left after 15 min without even getting close to being able to order.Very disappointing as where we live now soft serve ice cream is hard to find.

The two guys working didn’t seem to be there and were miserable. The guy clearly didn’t listen to what I asked for. I order cookies and cream with hot fudge. I got vanilla ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. Didn’t ask from a new one but it’s just disappointing.

I ordered a dole whip ice cream treat and was yucked out. The 2 guys st the window were troopers. They Saud yhtow it out andcwe'll give you something rlse. Just a small van/chocolate twist, and it was perfect.

EDITEDNo longer worth stopping at. This used to be our favorite place for ice cream & the past couple of years has gone downhill so fast.The menu is a mess, every few weeks more flavors are removed. Even just from the soft serve list, flavors such as lemon, coconut, green mint, malted milk and others are now gone. And, its not uncommon for flavors listed on the menu to not be available ( oh, cake batter? Yea. We’re out again).There’s just little reason to make it a point to come here anymore.Previous, 2016 Review below-About 40 selections of soft-serve ice cream; such as strawberry, lemon, blueberry, mint, kiwi, watermelon, peach, etc. The soft serve flavors cannot be mixed (no orange-vanilla) and only come in one size; but they're still well worth trying.There's also a number of hard ice cream selections, sundae's, that sort of thing.Prices aren't too bad, 2 people would cost about 8 dollars after tax.

Great prices and sizes on ice cream when we went we were behind a little league team and thought that it would take forever but we ordered and got served in about five minutes. Very fast service. Very impressive from the two young men working.

Nice little and busy ice cream stand. All outdoor service with parking and benches. Prices reasonable and huge selection of soft and hard ice cream and yogurt. I had an Ameretto flavored soft ice cream waffle cone to give you an idea of soft ice cream flavors.

Great drive in ice cream store. Lots and lots of choices and best of all, they were still open at the end of September. So many estery places in central NY were already closed. As a tourist, I applaud them.

I got 2 milkshakes and they were terrible. I got mint chip in one and strawberry cheesecake in the other. They charge extra for choosing your own hard ice cream. They taste like milk with the smallest hint of the ice cream and they're completely liquid. I've gotten these for years there and now they're terrible.

Staff is great, very personable and friendly! Have different flavors of ice cream weekly and are always asking the public their opinion on what they would like next. Takes their customers suggestions seriously! Why would you go anywhere else for your sweet tooth?!?!

Best ice cream place in the Southern Tier, near Cortland NY. Many flavors of hard ice cream, along with soft serve. Portions are hand dipped and generous. Shakes, Sundaes and ice cream sandwiches also. Check it out when in the area.

Best ice cream stand in Cortland!!! So many flavors of soft serve but the fancy ones only come in one size (and it's pretty big). My favorite is in the standard machine - black raspberry and vanilla twist. Stop by for a nice treat and a leisurely stay at one of the many picnic tables out back. So good. :)

The service was quick and there are plenty of ice cream options. Their portions are pretty good too. My wife (who loves ice cream) got a medium fudge brownie sunday and couldn't finish it. There are tables along the perimiter of the parking lot but bring your own sanitizing wipes because they are not cleaned regularly. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because of the location. I really hate pulling in from the main road and it's even harder to pull back out. I find it's safer to exit the side closest to the neighboring Italian restaurant.

Prices are higher than other ice cream places. Options on flavored soft serve were limited. I wanted a kid size root beer soft serve, was told that flavored soft serve only comes in medium and large, received and charged for a medium. My son only ate 1/3 of it and had to throw the rest away.Richford ice cream has no issues getting kid sizes and they are way cheaper and taste better.

So my wife and I appreciated this place last year, they had a great price for banana splits, but this year they bumped the price on those, and the way they're handling C-19 is obnoxious. They insist on masks even though we're outside and they're inside, they can't properly hear your order, so get it wrong or have to repeat it 4 times, I ask for it in a cone and it gets unceremoniously dumped into a cup, most of it didn't stay in the cone, so why'd you charge me extra for a waffle cone if my ice cream isn't actually in it. They ended up overcharging too and fairly certain the frozen yogurt was sour.
