Normally don’t have problems here but.. today I was told around 12:56 that my medication will be ready in 30 minutes and to keep in mind that they close at 1:30 for lunch. So I left to get some lunch of my own but when I came back at 1:26 they were already closed for lunch. I couldn’t stay any longer and had to leave town without my medications. I know breaks are important but a heads up that they pre-close would have been nice. It wasn’t like I trying to do even a simple pick up with a minute to spare.

I don’t know what the deal is here with the pharmacy. I’m baffled at how slow and unstaffed it is. You guys realize people need medications?

So this place closes from 1:30 until 2pm. They should make customers aware of this or the very least have someone who isn't rude when asking if they are open. It amazes me how places that rely on people for business or revenue, and they treat the customers terribly. You need my business, I don't need yours, other pharmacies exist.

Everything that I was looking for was relatively easy to find. Customer service could have been a little better but wasn't anything that gave me the impression that they didn't care about the customer or the establishment. I cannot give the pharmacy any type of rating, I do not pick up prescriptions for myself at this location.

Don't be fooled into sending your prescriptions here unless it's during banker's hours. I had a much needed prescription for prednisone sent here from the doctor's office not knowing they would close at 5pm on weekends - unlike every single other pharmacy in town. I got there just after 5pm and there was no way at all staff could assist in letting me pick up that script. Now I get to choose to wait another day to start or if it's worth it to go to the ER to get a script sent ANYPLACE else. Never again will I trust sending a script to to CVS.

Absolutely unprofessional. They take lunch at 1:30 to 2 and I went in a 2:15 to pick up my prescription and they were still on lunch. I come back the next day to try again and they still haven’t filled my prescription as they stand around talking. 4 days it’s taken this pharmacy to process my prescription. Absolutely the worst pharmacy in cortland

Very unfortunate. After wonderful, caring, and professional service for the past 25 years, what a shame to be treated in such a rude condescending manner. With drug costs being what they are, to refuse to accept GoodRx... Why? When I asked when this new policy started, I was told "Have a nice day" the drive up window was shut and she just walked away.I mean really, what is that all about?

Doctors calls in prescription in am. Meds aren't ready for days. You order a script and wait days. I'm from Massachusetts and cvs always had it ready the same day. Port waston st Cortland Ny. CVS sucks. They are the rudest people I ever had to deal with. You just lost a customer after 25 years of me using cvs

This CVS pharmacy is chronically understaffed and provides terrible service. Today is the last straw. After calling and getting my own prescription on the list to be filled (because if you don't call they don't fill it), I pulled up to the drive through at 4:35p and waited behind another vehicle. That vehicle had no less than 5 prescriptions filled, one at a time, over those 25 minutes. I could see the worker peek out of the window and see me and another car behind me. At 5:03p when the car in front of me was finally done, I pulled up to the window and the pharmacy worker closed the window shade in my face. Screw you, CVS. Screw you. Walgreens on Port Watson just gained yet another customer.

Do yourself a favor and use another CVS location. I spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to transfer prescription information from an out-of- state CVS to this location and still did not receive my medication. The staff are dismissive and unclear on how to perform their role. I got different information every time I called to follow up on the status of my medication, and on how best to complete the transfer. They were unwilling to contact my insurance to confirm my prescription and then lost the fax they requested from my doctor's office to verify my prescription brand and dosage. When I called and found out they now had my medication brand in stock but still hadn't put it through to my insurance, I let them know I was concerned because it'd been weeks since I was able to access my medication. The clerk became aggressive and suggested "nobody was keeping me from my medication" and I pay out of pocket. To say that comment was an ignorant and insensitive suggestion, is an understatement. I will not be returning to this location and suggest you steer clear as well.

I went to this cvs yesterday, the front desk lady ( about 60s, blond hair) treated me very rude with no respect(stink eye, attitude)! Well, at least now I know I’m not alone after I read the reviews.

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company, in order to get me the medication I needed. They were all very busy between serving me the drive through and giving people their covid shots but still managed to take care of me in a timely manner.

Worst customer service in retail. They never answer your call, always on hold for several minutes leaving you to call the front end and they don't even help out with trying to reach the pharmacy.

Have you seen the out side of the store back by the drive thru window? The ground around the dumpster is disgusting. Garbage all over the ground even rubber gloves. I can not imagine what all is there on the ground comingfrom a drug store that gives shots . If the rubber gloves are there god only knows what else is there. I think I'm changing my drug store.

Randomly closed at 445 on a Saturday with no signage or notification. Difficult to pick up a necessary prescription when the store is closed. 😊

I have been a cvs Customer for many years the new people they have a new pharmacy are slow rude and do not understand anything you say I get messages stating my medicine is ready to be picked up I go down and get it they tell me it’s gonna be another hour can I come back I don’t live in town so I don’t like to keep Going back-and-forth they keep saying we’re short staffed And I do understand that but every time it’s just getting to be a little much
