What a great place this is. Stopped on out way home to grab dinner for the week and we were highly impressed. Gary was so helpful and knowledgeable, really just overall pleasant to deal with. The meats he recommended were all very good in flavor and price. We were also able to sample some brisket and it was mouth watering. Will be back again and again!

I’ve been here a few times, but I think this place is a little local gem. It isn’t the biggest store and doesn’t have the largest selection, but they make up for that with what they do have. Their butcher is wonderful, and their meat qualities are amazing. If you can catch one of their discounted cuts, they are amazing deals. They have cuts of meat you can’t find in large stores and the butcher will work to get you any cut you ask. Their frozen section has bulk with great variety and great prices. I’d rather shop locally here over Sam’s or BJs any day.

Great place to buy bulk meats from. Having access to the best butcher to answer questions and give you all the best ways to cook it... grateful to have that availableUpdate...they have cotton candy Grapes!!! And the steak in my photos is on a 12" plate 11.5"pan...wa soo soo good

Quality meats, great place to stock up on take home containers and paper products in bulk....especially if ur having a grad party or some sort of reception. Oh and their bagels are the BEST. The customer service is always excellent.

The sign on the building says “where restaurants shop” but I dont know why. When I was there the shelves were pretty bare and they didn’t have anything on my list that I was looking for. Their prices are almost double comparable products at Restaurant Depot and even more than SYSCO delivery. I guess if you need something for your business in a pinch they are okay but I would definitely call first to make sure they had what you’re looking for before wasting time to go there and not get it. The store was clean and the staff was helpful in telling me they didnt have the items I went there for.

We go once or twice a month. It mainly sells to restaurant owners but we still go. We buy their American white cheese, already sliced in a 10 lb block. It's the only sliced cheese we eat.Everybody is friendly their. The butcher there had done up a beef barley soup and gave a bowl to my daughter and I. Delicious!!!!!

To be Honest with you, its actually not a bad place at all. They have quality products, for very decent prices. I would only change the fact that they sometimes have more quantity of product than what your initial intention was. Which isn't a bad thing at all. Just kinda stinks when your looking for smaller amounts of something, to have to pay for a lot more than what you needed. All in all, I would rather shop there instead of Wal-Mart and other Supermarkets.

Great store for buying items in bulk and special items. Their meat and seafood section are high quality and you can get a lot of food for a great price. They have the best bagels in town as well. For an added bonus they have a bulletin board with recipes for items you may have purchased. I enjoy reading those.

Friendly staff, plenty of product but that Gary Slack is an awesome butcher and very knowledgeable about cooking any meat they sell. He takes the time to explain in full how to accomplish the best meals which exceeds restaurant quality. It’s worth stopping by for your food needs, take the time to chat with Gary while your there !!!!!

This company is set up primarily to meet the needs of commercial restaurants and other Food Service facilities however they also welcome individuals who choose to shop there as well! Many of the items that they sell are in sizes that are appropriate for large families and commercial food providers the meat Provisions there are excellent frozen food section are excellent and you can get items there that you wouldn't find even in supermarkets and Walmart! Personally if I go there especially for meat products I always try to obtain the services of the gentleman named Gary even though everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable of the products that they have Gary has that Special Touch of a longtime cook chef and just a genuinely happy and helpful guy!
