I needed to get a Stihl power pruning saw repaired and this is the go-to place in Cortland. We've had many power tools repaired here in the past and buy lots of supplies - oil, gas cans, parts, etc. Service used to be terrible due to bad management but things have improved considerably. They guys are the counters are generally friendly and helpful, plenty of local color and joking around.

Still waiting on a PAID trailer for 4 days now.. still have yet to get it due to MULTIPLE " occurrences ". Made a 1 ½ hour trip for nothing... was told it was going to be delivered and still NEVER happened. Told them days ago I needed it at a certain time and day and still nothing. Think I'm going to call the BBB.. Guy has YET to return messages. Never again

I had been looking for a zero turn mower for a while, I finally came across a 72 inch Ferris zero turn at CNY. I had my husband stop over there to check it out as he was in the vicinity. Through phone conversations between him and Matt at CNY, I decided to go with the Ferris, Zero Turn 72 inch. He ran all the paperwork and we proceeded to go pick this up on Saturday. When we got there, I actually got to see the Ferris as well as the STIHL mower. Honestly, I changed my mind on the spot and went with the STIHL, 72 inch, zero turn. Matt was so very accommodating to me and re did all the paperwork. The finance company that was used was down for the morning so that made things a little more challenging for Matt and for us as we had to wait as well. Totally not Matt's fault at all. We waited around for quite a bit but then decided to go and Matt said we could finish the paperwork on Monday through fax or e-mail. Before I left I had found a nice pair of STIHL sunglasses that I wanted to purchase and told Matt for all of my pain and suffering of waiting, he should just give them to me (jokingly) and he did! Not to mention the great goody bag that I received as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Matt made it easy and relaxed and as smooth as possible. Give this guy a raise! Customer satisfaction is always a hard thing to get these days, but this customer is VERY happy with the way things went. Thank you CNY and thank you Matt!!

Bought a PJ dump trailer from here, was good from the start then less than a couple months nothing but issues with it very poor design on the hinges door came unhinged swung open and bent the whole door and broke off the welds, i have contacted CNY Farm and Have Had absolutely No help with the situation sent photos of the door and hinges to them for them to tell me i had to pay to Replace the door and Told me the $14k trailer only had a Year warranty on it. Another Recent issue ive Foundout is that Whomever Installed the Wheels Cross threaded alll the Lugnuts damaging the lugnuts and studs. It's Very sad that i would have been a consistent customer but with your terrible customer service i won't buy another here. Pretty Sad Your Manager Couldn't even Reachout to help solve any issues.

It’s been a year now and, although a vendor fell behind on an implement, Mike was always timely to respond to my emails and kept me informed. He also helped with a warranty time. The parts and service department have equally been very easy and nice to deal with.

Best definition of lip service I've ever experienced. Highly disappointed at total lack of keeping their word., they lost any future business with me, a long time farmer. It is frustrating, but I'll try explaining-paying the current prices on used tracktor I did , with the assurance it would be fully checked out and serviced before delivery , and then nothing being done...its highway robbery. Tires not loaded although this was my request, engine oil almost 1 gallon low, hydraulic fluid 5 gallons low, not greased at all. Bale fork the shortest one made - even though I explained I needed a very good long one as my bales are 5x6 and somewhat sloppy. , I'm seriously left wondering why this happened and my only guess is they view a man like me a s .someone they love using and taking advantage of... I did call and nothing will be done about this but possibly a free service/ upgrade when or if I were to buy a new tractor

I can’t say enough good things about Eric Law, and the way he earned my business...trust me when I say earned..I shopped for a skid steer for about 4 months before I finally walked into their showroom. I was so impressed how he kept in touch with me about different machines that they took in. (Even answering text messages long after closing) He fit the right machine to my budget and needs.I found other ones that were less expensive, but to get a quality machine that’s been well serviced and certified from a person you trust will steer you in the right direction is a value that I am willing to pay for. I called on Wednesday morning to purchase and pick up a trailer Thursday night, after hours. Zack was very accommodating and the whole transaction could not have gone smoother. He was waiting for me at the office when I arrived at 9:00 pm, after my four hour drive from South Jersey. The value, savings, and service made the extra time on the road worth every minute. Everyone was very kind and helpful when I was purchasing my new covered trailer! Zack called all of the necessary people to get my trailer before the weekend so I could use it to move. When I went to pick up my trailer the weather was turning for the worse and Zack helped me hook up the trailer and ensure that everything looked okay with my truck before the storm came. Reputable, knowledgeable, and honest good service. One of the only motorcycle repair shops that I trust in the area. They are willing to work with the manufacturer to make sure things are done correctly, and to cover costs if it's warrantied. Because of the quick and trustworthy service, it's worth the extra drive even though it's a bit out of the way. Not to mention they're the only dealer around that I know of that sells KTMs.

My husband called to order a Massey tractor after he'd done extensive research. The salesman immediately said "now what makes you think you need that one, a 23 is just as good". (Apparently they had a bunch of them in stock). My husband politely got off the phone and immediately called Eklund. The sales guy there was awesome, he asked questions and made some suggestions and my hubby bought the tractor he wanted, plus a bunch of attachments. My hubby is a heavy equipment mechanic and operator and grew up on a farm. The CNY salesman assumed he didn't know what he was. talking about...too bad for him.i guess.
