Went in tonight January 6th 2024.. voiced a concern that the store smelt like mold and it was making me nauseous… employee than reply’s “if you don’t like it you can leave” as she looked completely under the influence of something.. I replied “you can’t smell that?” She said “I’ve been here all night and no one has complained but you” I went into the store 2 days ago and it smelt the exact same, 6 people said it smelt horrible… I use to be a regular in this store (1 year ago) before it went completely down hill .. now I can’t even comfortably bring my child into the store with me. So sad to see what used to be such a happy, bright store store full of smiles and great customer service turn into a store that has drug addicts sitting at the seating area/ outside half the evening/night, rude customer service, no upkeeping, store is nasty and clearly smells horrible!! Not to sure where the mold smell is coming from but it is definitely to much.

So sad that this store has fallen so far from what it used to be. A very nice woman used to be there every morning. I think she was the manager. Coffee was always ready. I think her name was Margaret. I haven't seen her there in over a year now, but the new younger staff has no will to live up to those previous standards. There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge at all, and you can't contact any owner or manager when you ask. Store is not only dirty, but from 7 to 9 am there is usually no coffee ready. They used to have 6 - 8 flavors and types, now you are lucky if regular and decaf are even out and ready. Machines are constantly not full and or not working. Front door is busted with seemingly no plans to repair it. Just really sad to see it decaying so badly, and no proprietor seeming to notice or care about it.

I highly believe this place lacks proper management. Most times I go in the employees ignore the people at the food counter (taquitos/pizza/chicken tenders/etc).Most of the employees seem to have no ability to multi-task. And when there are 3 employees at the front counter I only ever see 1 of them working at a time.Proper management would turn that around, but sadly I don't think they care. Would love corporate 7-11 to look into it :). Its time for improvements.

Absolutely awesome. Perfect for snacks and cravings. The staff has been absolutely amazing considering the turnover in a retail store such as this. I thoroughly enjoy and am impressed almost everytime i visit our 7/11.

Cortland, NY store i visit at least 4 times a week. the entrance floor has been nasty, dirty last few times. Brown and gray stains ground in. Service has been fine, just a mess on the floors, I do realize that location has a lot of "sketchy" customers.

Horrible place... CUSTOMER SERVICE is beyond rude.... Employees NEVER HELP!!! Never have tobacco products... Everytime you ask to speak to a manager, there’s never one. Also, Everytime you ask for something. They don’t have it. Just beyond trifling anymore. And needs the whole team fired and a new team put in.
