I took my puppy for Grooming services after trying multiple grooming spas. I was skeptical of the services. But the Groomer, Mauricio was very polite, professional and did an excellent job with my dog! I recommended all my friends to bring their fur babies to this spot. The owner guy is super nice and helped me get whatever I needed. The store got a wide range of bird collections and parrots .They even sell kittens.

Really bad behavior with customers, also it smells so bad 🤮 you can’t even breathe once you go inside the store, also they said they don’t sell birds if you don’t buy a cage. What does that supposed to mean even i said i have a cage at home.

WOW! Remarkable pet store. Paul and Dave genuinely love and want the best for their animals. I've been going to this pet store for years now and not once have I had a bad experience. They've treated me fairly, given great prices, and have always informed me of all the proper care i need for my animals. They always have healthy, well cared for animals- and I've never felt that they were pushing me to pay extra for anything that i did not need.Truly a great pet store! I am a happy customer, and will continue to be a customer for the coming years.Amazing store, A+!

I really can't say if this pet store is good or bad. I just went in to donate my turtle. I really wanted to take my turtle with me. But the dumb people from the airport told me I couldn't take it with me. They only allowed dogs cats or Birds. Which I think is really dumb because I was flying out to another state in United States is not like I was leaving the country smh. It has been already two years that I had my turtle and it seems like yesterday. I hope this Turtle got a good home because I'm still sad that I have to give it away.😞 From the little bit that I spoke with the owner they seem like good people.

Really bad store to buy birds. The guy was picking up a fight for no reason i just said the bird is very expensive and he was coming on top of my face. Honestly you shouldn’t go there its not safe

DO NOT PURCHASE AQUATIC ANIMALS FROM HERE. 1) the worker did not use gloves or even a scooper to refill my turtle's food, whilst he'd JUST attended to a dog. 2) the only turtle there was in awful conditions, with no filter, no lighting, and it's eye was infected! and they were still selling it at full price!! It's disgusting that these stores still expect to profit off these vulnerable animals without. Do not purchase ANY animals from here🚫 ADOPT&RESCUE❗

They gave my dog an ear infection! Before taking her I had asked the gentlemen questions because my dog would get aggressive when getting groomed and wanted to know if they knew how to handle this situation. He seemed very confident in his staff that they would do a great job. My Maltese comes back not wanting me to touch her because she felt uncomfortable with not just an ear infection but also several cuts near her ear. The only thing that I liked was that they called me to ask if they can give her something to calm her down, other then that, not taking her here again!

The worst pet store in Corona! We went in for a simple questions regarding our dog Jones and it turned into an altercation. The "managers" (because Paul and Dave think they are both store managers) are disgusting. They dared to disrespect us and said they do not care about customers!! They said that Jones was a different breed other than the original breed we were told and did not have a straight forward answer. Dave threatened to "turn" my sisters head and stood up like he was ready to fight her! Paul said he was sorry only because the argument was recorded. He did not care that he insulted my father, and did not want to deal with the situation. They lie to customers who don't really know about dogs to trick them into buying pure breeds at a higher prices. The best part and only good thing that resulted from this store was that we found a valuable member to our family. Other than that, the place is ran by pathetic men who need a lesson or two on how to treat their customers... better yet, women!

Workers (2) at this store (male cashier and male salesman) Do Not wear a face mask as mandated by NYC and refused to do so when I asked why they (2) did not wear a face mask to protect their customers and to follow the law.I did not feel safe in their store and will be reported to the authorities concerned.

I swear this place is the worst pet store of all time.When I went there 1 week ago I went to see the gold fishes and literally almost all of the gold fish were dead or sick,I can tell that a goldfish is sick.Also when I was going there the clerk was such a rude person, I went in and asked a question and said “are you going to buy fish or ask a lot of questions then she whispered to the other worker talking about me for no reason. She deserves to be fired. Especially dog when my cousin tried to buy a dog then the boss tried to make us buy other stuff that you don’t need

Tropical pets is a small business with good service, the emoployees are all very nice and kind. You'll find that the two main owners are always present making sure that all your needs are meet and are very helpful. They have a limited variety of toys and treats and they are a bit overpriced. On the weekends they offer good grooming services. Youll thqt inside the most common pets they have are; puppies, kitties(not always available), hamsters, parrots, fish, guinepigs and rabbits.

I came in the other day and asked the older man at the counter if he had different styles/colors for carrying bags for cats. The man working there gave me a nasty attitude and said " why would u want different colors bags its just a cat? i wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Not only that but i once called to ask if they had a specific filter for my turtle. This older man picked up and gave me no useful information . He was rude and told me to come in to look for it myself.

My aquarium got cloudy and this dude recommended this red liquid that will help with this but it just made my water red and cloudy, threw it away. Some decent selection of fish
