Annie has been amazing with my sweet pup Timbus! Coming up from Manhattan, I wasn't sure about boarding him out of the city... Annie changed that! She genuinely LOVES dogs. From the moment we spoke I knew I could trust her with my furbaby. It was so thoughtful of Annie to send photo updates, keep us updated on his eating, his play, etc. Will definitely be boarding with Annie again- even if we have to drive up from the city!

Annie is fantastic! Not only does she have a great shop, but her boarding business is first-rate, too. We've boarded our dog with her for a week and two weeks at a time, and he loved it! We were much happier knowing that he was getting to play and be around other dogs instead of being alone in a kennel.

The first time I brought my Husky dog there, the groomer/owner wasn't there when I arrived for my appointment, on time. The young man tasked with dealing with me was trying to handle another pet at the time and I heard him ask me to wait because he had no idea who I was or what I was there for. Off-putting as that was, I patiently waited and waited. I heard him call the owner to tell him I was there and yet still I waited. Eventually after 20 mins and me asking what was going on he told me to put my dog into a crate while he finished the dog he was working on and my dog would be next.Let me tell you I did not see any dog kennels. Just one crate too small for a husky to stand up in, sitting on the floor while another dog was walking around able to come up to him. Not smart.When I went back after waiting 3 hours my dog was still wet and not done being brushed out. Frustrating.Yet I went back the second time because for a husky the deshedding process is recommended to do several times over several weeks & I didn't assume the business was run this way always. I was wrong.The second time I went is a short story-when I arrived at the time I was told- 3 hours later the only thing he had done was a bath. Not dried, brushed or paws completed. Took home my wet dog to finish at home.Ending on a positive note, the young man working there is polite & professional.

We just tried Annie at Puppy Paws in Cornwall and she is great with Winston! His grooming session included ear and teeth cleaning, nail clipping, and a bath with 2 kinds of shampoo from La Pooch. And she dried him with a dryer that he loved and she used the signature scent on him. He smells sooo good! She boarded him at her boarding place for 2 nights and had couches for him to lay on and didn’t put him in a crate. :) She is so great with Winston! He loved it and enjoyed playing with the other dogs. It was our first time boarding him and we couldn’t be happier! Great store with organic dog food too!!

Never thought I could ever use a pet boarding facility for my Oliver. Annie had always reassured me that he would be fine if I ever had to leave him with her. So I sucked it up and took the chance when we all had to travel last weekend. Well Annie was right he was alright, and he had a great time, came home happy, and healthy. Annie knows dogs, and I am so glad we used her to watch Oliver. Thank you Annie!

What a great place! Puppy Paws is the only place we would board our fur babies, as the care they received was exceptional. Annie kept us updated during their stay (7 weeks). So glad we found her and this trusted facility.

First, this is a duplex of a pet store/grooming and a sweets shop run by the same owner. I was scheduled an interview at 2p. Over the phone, I was assured I would be able to work 1-2 days a week being that I have an infant daughter, and coverage for my daughter is limited. On paper, this sounded ideal and I was super excited to score this opportunity! She expressed most of her previous employees were kids, and were not dedicated/willing to work, and seemed excited to have me on board. I showed up early, waited around for the only person working (who was a MINOR) to get the chance to sit and eat her lunch for 10 mins. I don't know what her hours were for that day, but she was working by herself in between both locations. She was grooming a dog and had to stop in the middle of the groom to go serve ice cream/candy. Not having a break and following break laws is an OSHA violation.I waited 2.5hrs for this "business owner" to ask me to wait for her to not show up for the interview. I asked the girl if she knew what time she was coming, she said no, but let me give her a call. She did call, and the owner never answered. I ended up leaving because I had my daughter with me and she was getting restless from being out of the house for an extended period of time. Not only was I embarrassed but I had to deal with a cranky infant. I felt like I was stood up. I ended up sending a message to the owner and her response to me was "who is this?" For someone who's a business owner who claims to be professional then completely forget about you, is totally unprofessional.

Annie has been boarding and grooming Hunter for 5 years. He greets her with doggie kisses and jumps in her car, as he loves the adventures at casa Annie. When he comes home, he's sparkling clean after his luxurious Puppy Paws bath.

Awesome little boutique that offers even more amazing services like flexible dog sitting, pick up & drop off and home baked all natural doggie treats. I call the owner Annie, "the dog whisperer" . She is so knowledgeable about the needs of our four legged family members and i've never met a dog/puppy that did'nt have an instant connection with her. My puppies are always in good hands with her. I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT PUPPY PAWS.

Love this place! Great source of all natural, organic, and made in USA dog products! Treats, dog food, toys - they have it all. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We even get a great spa bath for our dog here.
