This is the worst Pharmacy and worst place ever!! Worst service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life!! I’ll never allow myself to go to the store or pharmacy ever again. So my doctor sent my prescription yesterday. And I was told I wasn’t allowed to have my prescription until the following day but yeah, I was leaving to go out of state for business and I was told that I wasn’t allowed to receive my prescription until the following day so that made everything worse and made me late on top of it. Rite Aid is not willing to work with any customer at all. So now I have to sit here and wait for my prescription when I’m supposed to receive it in the morning and here they are having me wait hours. I think this is the most ridiculous policy they’ve ever had and I believe they need to change it. Also, to make things worse their customer service and the people that work there are completely rude. Don’t have no respect for anyone and this isn’t the only time that I was told this either, and I finally had it happen to me now that I’m writing this review I want everyone else to know how disrespectful the people are that work there at Rite Aid in Corning New York on Cohocton Street. If you don’t like your job, why are you working there?? Also I’m pretty sure from my point of view I don’t ever bring my personal business in with my work business. so if you’re gonna have a bad day, then call off work don’t disrespect people just because you’re having a bad day.

What into store to purchase an item clerk asked for ID which I provided she became agitated asked her if she was okay which made her more agitated refused to finish the cash out and threatened to call the police which I said go ahead

This Rite Aid closes at 6pm on Sundays. The pharmacy closes at 5pm on Sundays

Close at 1 on Sat? They put a cone in front of the drive thru at 12:30. Asked if someone could bring my rx out, (I can't walk)they laughed in the phone and said "don't know what to tell you" meanwhile, I'm parked in handicapped parking right next to the "curbside pick up space" switching pharmacies. Tired of the runaround. Drove to Elmira to get my rx at another Rite Aid.

UPDATE: three years ago I said this place had great customer service…yesterday a black haired girl with glasses changed my view on that. She was rude and disrespectful, i was running around for no reason because she didn’t know how to do her job and she took it out on me. She was going to charge me a copay because she said the insurance was expired. I went home and got the card and money, came back and she was putting the wrong numbers in and had to get help. I asked a simple question and the attitude she gave me had me….I wouldn’t have been able to get away with that if I was in her shoes but I try to treat people better than what I get.
