This place is fantastic for pet owners. As a dog owner I can always find not only top quality brands that I can't find at the chain stores, but also unique treats and other items. The owners are very knowledgeable and provide great advice when asked. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend.

The only reason I give this place a 5 star is, because there is not a higher rating. When we recently found out that our beloved 3.5 year old dog had kidney issues, and there was nothing the vet could do, I asked everyone I knew, where to find help. EVERY ONE of them told me to call the ladies at Pet Tracks.I called after hours, stressed to the max, and the kindest voice answered. While she told me that there was nothing that she knew of that could reverse, or even slow the process of kidney failure, she did have some food that my dog could try. Willing to do anything at this point, I told her I would be down first thing in the morning.The next morning I was at the front door waiting for her to open, which she did a few minutes early. The owner greeted me and proceeded to tell me about some research that she had stayed up late doing for my situation. Still not a cure, but a way to make the time we had left, easier for my girl.Needless to say I purchased the items that she recommended, and followed her instructions. I truly believe, that because of the advice and the time that the owner took to research a solution, we had an additional 2 months with Grace, and for that reason, I would recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet.
