Good helpful people and good products. I like ordering online before first seasonal trip to the lake. Don't need to do the long trip from home with so much in the vehicle. I pick everything up the day or two after arriving. Can order things that would take a long trip to big box stores.

Well they have seen the last of me in this store. I am happy there is a local hardware store so that I don't always have to drive to the big chain home improvement stores in Saratoga to get things and I like shopping local. Unfortunately today was my last day I will ever go to this location. I needed a few things to help finish up my pressure treated patio I am working on. One of the items was "L" bracket joist hangers, they had 5 in the bin, so I grabbed them and went to the front and asked if they happened to have anymore, the answer I got was, "well my inventory shows I have only 4 and this is 5 so no I don't have anymore", VERY RUDE I might say. Then I asked if they had any 2x8 PRESSURE TREATED lumber, again very rudely I get, "I don't have many I only have 11 2x8x8". I said great I need three. I paid and then asked if anyone was in the lot to get the lumber. Again very RUDELY I get, "NO, but I will be". Then he proceeds to turn around and have a bite of the subway sub he had. So I guess he was more concerned about his sandwich than actually being polite. So I drove to the yard and he put the lumber in the truck, When I got home..IT WAS FREAKING SPF 2x8 NOT PRESSURE TREATED. I didn't even want to deal with it, I just used the 2x8 as it was only for bracing, just went again and put some waterproof stain on it I had from the deck. I just didn't want to go back and feel like I was intruding on someones lunch. If you are gonna eat lunch, go to the office,eat and then come back on the floor to act like you like your job, if not then either sell the place or get another job. PATHETIC. Looks like Lowes will get all my business from now on. BYE BYE ACE
