OVER PRICED !!! It was a very uncomfortable experience with the worker I dealt with which I believe was the owner she was a bit rude. They were argumentative on the fact that their prices are based on “size” but not how much the animal actually weighs it’s just from what they perceive them to be they charged me over 100$ for my golden doodle 7 month old puppy who weighs at most 27lbs they based it on what they eyeballed his weight to be they NEVER weighed him I tried to provide proof of his weight and they rejected it and told me either I could pay that price or come get him. I’m so disappointed I saw huge dogs walk out of there with not being charged that amount I believe there was a bit of discrimination happening but it’s okay you live and learn I won’t be going back. Just a quick note for anyone looking to bring their dog here DONT there are better places for cheaper!! Don’t believe me there’s another bad review on the prices below go ahead and read that too I don’t suggest this place if you have a medium to large size dog. Thank you Poochy couture but I don’t think it is a good fit

I cant say enough good things about poochy couture! As the daughter of a groomer I've always groomed all my dogs myself. It can be so expensive going to places for a bath and blow out on shepherds so for over 13 years I've done everything myself. Not anymore though!First their prices are extremely reasonable. I have had all 5 of my dogs groomed with zero issues.Second they take walk in baths which is amazing for last minute much needed groomings ( just call in the morning)I also own a dog training facility across the street. I used to groom all my clients dogs myself now I set up an appointments with poochy couture the day of their go homes. I've had them groom 15 other dogs so far with zero issues.My clients loved their pups cuts. They have saved me so much time and it's worth evey penny.I also LOVE that they groom all dogs right in the front. You can see exactly how dogs are being handled. I feel confident recommending them to all my clients.KT and the staff are welcoming and professional.Highly highly highly recommend

This place is awful. They butchered my pets hair and then tried to blame me for it. On top of that I specifically told them not to clip the nails and that I would do it before I brought him in, which I did! But they did it anyways on top of what i did which was already very short so when they did it, it was probably SO painful for him. When i picked him up his finger nails were ALL bloody, every single one. This place is horrible. Brought him here because of the good reviews but KEEP YOUR PET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I’ve used Poochie Couture services for 4 years now. This was our last visit. There prices goes up but they don’t make it aware until after grooming. My dog was returned to me with nicks on his face. They usually do an excellent job. Not this visit. Half of my dog’s hind was shaved. Very disappointing ☹️

Bringing my poodle there for 8 years now. Donna is a pleasure to do business with. How anyone could give less than 5 stars is beyond me. Anyone who gives less has to be evaluated, because to say anything bad about this place is absurd and the person writing a bad review is probably a chronic complainer in life generally

We saw all the good reviews on Google and chose this place to shave my little boy Teddy. We trusted them so much and visited this place on March 28th. It took 3 and a half hours to get him shaved and at first we think it was okay despite some uneven textures on his fur. But we soon noticed that there’s a wound from shaving on his inner right thigh, he screamed when we try to check it. I’m disappointed because the groomer did not let me know at the first place so I could take care of him properly. It's very unprofessional to do so and the grooming itself is also awful.

Amazing amazing amazing.. took my 2 pups there for nail cuts. One doesn’t give a hoot what you’re doing to her so super easy.. the other is a little more on the scared side when in a groomer and when I tell you the staff were the sweetest, most gentle, and kind to my little girl. Truly amazing how they handled her temper tantrum, while still getting her nails done, and making sure she was completely okay by the end. Will continue to go here , that’s for sure.

I took my very fluffy cat here. She is a little older cat but was getting many mats on her fur. I was a little unsure because she has never went to a groomer before but the mats were getting out a hand for me. It turned out to be an extremely positive experience between very friendly professional staff and my cat came back like new cat. They removed all the mats and combed out the extra fur and now my cat and myself are much happier. Highly recommended for both cats and dogs.

New to the area and this is right down the road from me . Thought I'd give them a try . Loved them . Extremely friendly and professional staff . Great job on my Shepard who has TONS of hair . The fee was very reasonable. This is DEFINITELY our place from now on. Totally recommend

Told them NOT to touch my poodle’s tail I wanted his hair long. They shaved off everything but the top, and they said it was because his tail was “matted” which I know it wasn’t because we always brush it.

We have two small dogs that get groomed here regularly with one old cranky girl being very difficult to groom. They are absolutely patient and professional and take care of her every time. Never an issue.Our two girls come out of the salon even more beautiful than the last time.

Feel very comfortable leaving my dog here. I have a corgi mix so he gets a wash and dry, along with nails trimmed and ears cleaned. Very affordable and he has never smelled and felt so great! Highly recommend

Best groomer hands down. A few months ago our Black Lab was missing and when we found him he had hundreds of ticks all over his body. We called a few groomers and they all rejected the request to help get the ticks off of him and wash him. Poochy Couture didn't hesitate to help. They worked on him for over four hours with 2-3 groomers on him at a time. When we got him he looked good as new. After that we have brought our Old English Bulldog there for routine grooming and every time we go the staff is professional, kind, and loving. I love the fact that my dog is never in a cage and the second he gets dropped off he is attended to. When you go to petco/petsmart its always a three-four hour process and you never know what's happening with your pet. Poochy Couture is usually an hour and half from drop off to pick up. I love that it is a family owned local company that really cares for my animal.

I took Louis the Cat for his first grooming on 8/7/2018. Marissa was his groomer and she did a wonderful job. He didn't like his bath, and he had to air dry because he didn't want anything to do with the hair dryer.But, let me tell you, he's like a new man! I thought he was going to hide and be giving me that old Louis the Cat stink eye, but no. He was purring and happy, and very content. He's not scratching like he was before, and I'm so glad that I decided to get him groomed.Needless to say, I will be taking him to Poochy Couture for his next grooming!

My Bentley is a 45lb Labradoodle with curly wool coat, not the easiest to groom, but Marissa does a fantastic job every time and he is wagging his tail as we walk in the door.Angelica is a white Maltese and has had her ears, tail and paws colored in pink there and they are just a friendly, and great place to get them looking great!

This place is great I have a very dirty golden retriever also very old and somewhat crippled. They never have an issue taking care of my marley. They know what has to be done and marley is always happy after her day at the spa.

Affordable and friendly! They weren't intimidated by my 180lb mastiff (he's a mush) and they didn't charge me $100 for a bath just because hes big.
