Used to be nice and convenient, but absolutely went downhill. They're consistently messing up my prescriptions, never on time when I actually need them (which then messes up my body), the app is never accurate, and the staff is usually rude and unhelpful. Highly do NOT recommend.

I guess the entire pharmacy goes on break sharply at 130 and will refuse to help you until they return at 2. How stupid to not figure out that you should stager breaks, now I have to be without my medicine until I can return tomorrow, I guess well before 130 or after 2. Great way to run a pharmacy... I gotta switch.

I bought an item that was $11.49 it wasn't on sale. So I used the 40% off coupon on my card. I used a $3.00 manufacturer coupon and a few extra bucks rewards. I was told that the 40% off goes down with each extra bucks rewards I give. Last week when I bought this same item and used the manufacturer coupon and the extra bucks reward it was a good total. I was just annoyed that this product wasn't lower than I expected or even free because of all the coupons and the 40% off coupon I used as well!!!

Grossly over priced. A thermometer was $27 and at AMY ither store it was $16. Staff ignored me, the ONLY non staff member in the store while I wondered around trying to figure out WHERE the thing was. Apparently it was woth "children's care" instead of with other medical devices. I will never be back to any CVS there are way cheaper places.

I used to love the cvs pharmacy on 1710 rt 112.but they went down hill, they cheat us out of our meds, for instance I get 120 pills and they pretend they don't know what happened too them, and mk it the customer's fault, when we all know they stole from us , plus they are rude and incompetent... So I'm never going back there!!!!So I'm switching to the Cvs in portjeff off of rt 112..in the uncle Giuseppe's shopping center....
