By far the worst customer service. I think corporate needs to step in. Because this CVS has the most un- knowledgeable crew of employees. If you call, it will go unanswered for sure. This is based on the pharmacy mostly, so if you are sick, you’ll die before you can get your meds.Go job HR,CVS should reevaluate whom is hired in that department too.

First time in this pharmacy since I am new to this area. Waited over 45 min with a sick baby in my arms for their amoxicillin. Would have liked for someone to tell me to come back later. Now trying to call the pharmacy the next day about the prescription and I’ve been hold for 30 min and no one has answered. Very poor management.

The worst pharmacy ever!!! Don’t bother wasting your time going there. Everyone behind the counter is all absolutely ditzy and clueless. They just hire anyone without the proper qualifications to work there handling peoples medications.Except for Laura the pharmacist there - everyone is worthless.Pathetic

The front end manager was very helpful and really helped me,and I forgot my credit card and had to put items back he did not get frustrated with me,it was very busy up front and he never list his cool very professional young man.

There’s usually a long line at the pharmacy here. But there’s a certain two ladies behind the counter that are always so nice. It’s always good to see them and if there’s ever an issue with my stuff (and there inevitably always is) they resolve it quickly. And it’s just great having a familiar friendly face to go to. Makes the waiting not as bad.The store is usually pretty clean and has good sales. They’re fairly good at keeping things stocked. It’s just too bad they don’t have a drive thru.

If I could give zero likes oh I would...Very disrespectful very rude. When I was there today there was no body at the cash register and I was looking for someone and then this man he was very rude he was talking about how I look and how I look old when I'm really 12 years old. And he said patients is good it makes you look young and he said I have none. Then he said I look like I have rankles on my face...he was so nasty and he embarrassed the heck out of me. I felt so angry and upset and annoyed....They are very disrespectful in that CVS. I will advise anyone to go in there and buy something from there very rude...I hope they get shot down...My mother seen it and she is going to report the store she contacted the Mayor. My mom trying to get the place shut down. When you go in the store there are mad unorganized shelves out of order some of them are empty and long unnecessary line waiting. Even the employee that works there was very rude to me all of them. They hiring almost a year...And they have not chosen no one to work there. I felled out a lot of hiring gapplication for that CVS and they never choose me....I go there and I ask what's going on and they always rude and nasty to me... They should get shut down and they been hiring for a year now that place should full not empty like that. Please if someone can please help these people in trouble.

Their Pharmacy are the worst. They lie about never received your prescription my doctor call them in fax them over. Them young kids that work there are rude. They need older people there so when I try to talk to the young lady there she told me to wait she not finished talking to another women that was working there and that she was talking about her Halloween costume.

I fine CVS being so overpriced, anything they sell is cheaper at other locations. Their sales are not sales. They raise the price of the item and make you think you're getting a deal. I am so surprised they're still in business.

Like the thousands of other CVS's it's a convenient drug store but the way it's run isn't great. You can always expect to wait on the checkout line even when they are not too busy. Very annoying.

you know if you guys have on the internet that you open until 10 p.m. why would you be closing at 9:40 I was running to get my medicine mean while the girls like in the door at 9:40 as it is you don't open 24 hours and now you don't even open the hours that you advertise come on
