Wow this place has gone downhill. It's kinda sad actually because it used to be a nice store. It's in a constant state of disarray. Some shelves are jam packed with damaged items while others are empty with stuff on the floor lookin like a stampede ran thru em.The prices aren't great either. Is this no longer a discount place? One package of instant oatmeal was $1.99 and the same packages in a different flavor were $6! Several items I found are cheaper elsewhere. I only come here to check out the seasonal holiday stuff and small furniture.

Just before Halloween, I was in your store and had an issue with something I was going to purchase. Your associate Trevor was very friendly and patient and the issue was taken care of almost immediately. Big Lots of Copiague is very lucky to have him working there.

Cashier nor the manager were able to process my $5 off $15 dollar purchase reward. I waited at least 15 minutes with no rational answer as to why the reward was unable to be honored.

The usual outcome some item's are cheap compared to every other store then there's the much higher prices compared to regular or local stores!! They have seen to of gotten rid of there smaller tools I've noticed sections getting smaller & smaller to now gone all together! Oh They need to hire a few more employees cause me & around 6 or 8 people waited forever just for a cashier to show up let alone help customers!!

This place is a glorified Dollar store. Expensive (think $20 dollar pillow) and poor quality (the Ocean spray juice is expiring in a week). Most items are off brand. Also, no one was there.

I love this store because they have such a wide variety of items in stock. You can find anything from health and beauty products, Automotive, Gardening, Back to school, And other home goods.The prices are reasonable and the quality is decent. There is plenty of parking here. It would be nice if there were more cashiers available at checkout.

625 PM. 9/5/18So I go into here to buy futon mattresses and the furniture rep was cool and had other customers so I took it out myself even though he offered to help. Well on the way out i cut alittle to hard and the mattress fell off the hand truck less than a foot in front of this douche bag and all this guy did to help a customer is stand with his arms crossed and stare as I struggled. Yes he is a employee. He had a name badge !Is that how Big lots treats thier customers?

Bought food from this Big Lots in March, one package of food was moldy when I opened them (before their exp date.) Couldn't find receipt so I went in hoping for a straight exchange.They lost 1 star because of the one girl's rudeness as she refused to help in any way. I get that I didn't have a receipt, but I shouldn't have been treated like that. I just found the receipt, so it reminded me all over again.The 2nd star is because they always seem to have longer lines than necessary.Other people at that store have otherwise been very nice and helpful when asked.

The number one store for me for seasonal decorations. The prices for food and house hold stuff are really great to. Actually the prices for everything over all is great. No matter what season you are decorating for you can get it here. So many options to choose from.

I havent been to biglots in about 2 years but wanted to stock up on some christmas decor and maybe a few little stocking stuffers. I was met with a clean store and a good variety of products. Lots of christmas decoration (half the store!!), food, makeup and even home items like appliances and gadgets. I did buy about a cart full of decor and other things and the cashiers were amazing. Overall a pleasant experience im sure to go back. P.S. Evelyn and Manny are great at being a cashier!! Keep up the good work biglots.

We never have a problem at Big Lots, we go for paper products, and all kinds of snacks, cookies, soda, juice.I love looking at all of there little house trinkets, which I buy quite a few of. I have bought my puppy some outfits there. And house needed products like paint brushes, and pans, things for outside like wind chimes, we always enjoy our visit there!

I like Big Lots and I can not lie...😂 They have food, mattresses, furniture (indoor and out), home decor, outside decorations... We saw, if you like them, funny outside garden gnomes (small and large). You know, the ones with the hats pulled down over their eyes, but above their nose. The also had a bunch of Jimmy Buffet stuff...outside thermometers, 5 o'clock somwhere signs and even a Jimmy Buffer bicycle. These were a bit pricey. Store is a bit messy, but staff was helpful and friendly. If you are looking to save a few dollars, it's worth a visit.

Great shopping, great prices, cool decorations for all festivals/occasions. Christmas, Halloween, Valentines, 4th of July, labor day, fall, spring, etc. etc.They have everything under one roof.Even furniture indoor and outdoor.Grills.Everyday itemsReally good for shopping at great prices.
