Picked up a plant pot on sale, a pair of great work gloves (they have a big selction), and a padlock. Ace is a good hardware store. Clean with friendly staff and lots of options.

Fast, friendly service. Extremely helpful! The store is always clean, well maintained and brightly lit when you walk in. Items are easy to find. If you can't find something, there is always an employee close by to show you where to find it. Fast repair service on my lawn mower and screen. When they repaired my riding lawn mower they provided pick up and delivery service!

Even throughout a pandemic their customer service has been very respectful, and accommodating. If something is out of stock the staff will happily take contact information, and let you know when what you're looking for is available. Even though they're not locally owned anymore the majority of staff has remained, and has stayed as helpful if not more than before.

Always treated awesome here, the staff deserve a far more generous check than I'm sure they're getting, but ever since West Lake took over the selection has been reduced and the prices increased, both substantially. It has always been a bit pricey but now it's borderline price gouging on many of the items. And don't try crying "inflation" because the economy was in fine shape when Westlake took over. The prices changed with the name, NOT the market.

Nice store, good selection - but all aces feel that way. Service here was terrible - workers seemed confused that shoppers would want to ask questions about equipment and other larger purchase and were not super interested in being helpful.

I went in for paint colors and sales associate was extremely helpful. Took my fabric swatch and matched potential color ideas. Personable associate who gave me attention to me and others who stopped by. Will definitely get my paint at Ace. Thank you for being so attentive.

Pat, Mgr of the paint Dept. Is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Pat listens and honestly helps us with our painting needs since around when the store opened. In my opinion Pat is a huge assert to Westlake Ace and is our first choice for any painting needs.

This hardware store usually has what you need and friendly staff. Helpful if you need help but not bothering you if you don't need assistance. You can order items that they don't carry on a regular basis, and the variety of service and supplies are extensive without the giant warehouse feel.

I love this place. Service is great. Everything you could want. Helpful people. They have serviced our lawn mower and power washer! Lowes and Home Depot could learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys!

Great little Hardware store. Nice variety of items. Also have a great selection of Weber,Big green egg and Traeger grills. Since Cooperstown is quite affluent they carry grills most stores don't normally stock

Very good service. Cooperstown is fortunate to have an Ace Hardware. A little pricey, but not when you factor in that the closest b i g box store is 23 miles away

Lots of selection, coupons help at times. Good amount of general hardware, stovepipe, chainsaws, and Christmas trees seasonally. They also carry Green egg and yeti products.
