I am a long-time Price Chopper customer. I primarily shop at the Oneonta, NY store, and I always have a positive experience, even when they are busy. Unfortunately, the few times I've stopped in at the Cooperstown location, it has been very different for one reason or other.Today, only two registers open. I was patiently waiting on line (longer than usual) as the cashier took methodical and sluggish care of the customer in front of me. Another customer joined the line behind me, and suddenly, another employee appeared and ushered the customer behind me to a register that had just opened. One would think that quality customer service would take the next person on line that has been waiting an excessive amount of time!I will stick to Oneonta from now on. Very disappointing.

It's perfectly ok.The staff is a plusHas some surprising variety but occasionally runs out of things like dog food (I think it's at the end of someone's supply chain and subject to crazy swings in demand due to tourist economy).

Very small, not a great selection. When asking a front-end supervisor for a specific basic item I was treated like I had a third arm. She then told me I could “look around but we probably don’t have it”.

Expensive but if you only purchase the sale or deal items then it's well worth it. Meat when on sale is excellent. Self check out is super quick unless you are needing paper bags then the "watchers" get pushy and shove their way in to make sure they add that 5 cents for each bag on.

The store is brightly lit when you walk in. The store was clean, well stocked, the produce was fresh. Good prices. Fast check out lines, with friendly cashiers. The parking lot was clean and well maintained.

Wanted to place an order, to insure they had enough product for me to pick up. I was told I had to come in the store to do that, even though I’ve done this in the past and always picked up my order. Placed my order in Oneonta, over the phone and picked it up there on a trip into Oneonta.

Very limited produce & steak selection, with a lot of Saran wrapped produce only to find it’s already moldy. Very friendly staff tho.

All friendly and service oriented, which I find rare these days.Clean with wide aisles which is much appreciated. Stock if fairlywell kept up even on sale specific days. More gluten freeitems would be welcome. Pricing is competitive.

My favorite supermarket. I absolutely love shopping here. All of the staff are great, friendly and helpful. The manager goes out of his way to greet customers and offer to help them. I do not shop in the other local store because their customer service is not as good as Price Chopper. Keep up the great work.

Food selection was good! But checking out with self checkout was a nightmare. You couldn't remove a full bag to start filling another one, because it would freeze the screen and ask you to out the first bag back. I wanted to punch the robot lady!

Our local grocery store stocks all of our necessary food products and sundries. Shopping there is very convenient. The clerks, management and assorted staff are friendly, helpful and always ask if we found what we were searching for. Reward points are accumulated to earn cents off gasoline purchases. Price Chopper is GREAT!

Very convenient to have a big supermarket in Cooperstown. They have all the basics and more but not a crazy amount of choices. Limited organic produce.Very nice staff.

Always like to shop at price chopper no matter where I go they are upscale quality places to get groceries. Great facilities. Prices aren't always the cheapest but they are the best quality and they have stuff you can't get other places. And with an advantage card you can really get a good deal.

Got a large sandwich for company, it came with cold salads and condiments. Was a beautiful sandwich and not cheap on the meat or toppings. I'll definitely order more sandwiches from here when having company.

Large grocery store in Cooperstown. Extremely handy and it may very well be the closest to the center of town. Well stocked with helpful people. It's open 24/7. Very useful if you need to pick up any Goods during your vacation or stay in Cooperstown.

This store drove me crazy. The layout and organization (lack of) and location of some items made no sense. The bread, beer, maple syrup, peanut butter and cheese items were all in the same aisle. I get it that this store is smaller than most and they need to use the space efficiently but it made me miss the Price Chopper at home.

Its a beautiful market, very clean, and esthetically pleasing, nothing looked out of place. Its on the smaller side compared to other Price Choppers I've seen but it had pretty wide selection of produce, which is where I spent most of my time shopping. I was impressed.

Best selections of meat hands down arid only place that still butchers meat properly. And as a chef and butcher myself I appreciate people who know what they're doing with their food. I'd love to be a butcher there

Cooperstown Price Chopper has a big variety of foods..Needs more all Natural and Organic Products.. Customer service is great always friendly. Store is always clean, organized, and shelves are stocked..

I go here when I have to as it's closest to our residence. They have very little organic/ natural. Some products they used to carry that were, they did away with. Which isn't convenient. Linda is the sweetest cashier there!

Coopetstown, N.Y. Store. So thankful for the manager of the meat/seafood department (didn't catch his name) and Kevin who both helped me with a crabcake order and made sure I had everything I needed fora dinner I was preparing. They were monumental in everything going right.

This is the only grocery store in Cooperstown, NY. We had not heard of the chain prior to our visitand honestly weren't sure what to think when we heard the name. However, they are a full-scale grocery store and everyone who we met that worked there was very nice. They worked hard during induction weekend!

I lost my wedding band before Christmas. I had taken it off because I had an allergic reaction to a soap and put it in my change purse. I didn’t think about it at first but when I went to get it, it was gone. In a panic I remembered that I had pulled out my price chopper card weeks before and what were the chances that they had it. Sure enough it was in their safe. I can’t even tell you how grateful I am. THANK YOU! 💕
