No one was at the register when I wanted to check out. I found an employee, but she stated she had to package online orders prior to helping me.Petsmart is close and much cleaner. I will go to Petsmart in the future.

Went there this past Friday the cashier Kevin was very helpful and friendly. They had Blue Buffalo dog food on sale and I got my dog a nice new coat. Very nice place.

Not the greatest selection on items i was hoping to purchase [pre cooked food flash frozen and certain size weewee pads] however, staff was friendly and the store is convenient for parking.

I called for a same day appointment, it was a weekday, and needed a bath and nail appointment for 2 dogs. She was able to book me later than normal, 4pm - 6pm but took care of both dogs and Natalie was there alone. She was busy, but caring.

Very upsetting. Purchased a Valentin Puffer fish on Saturday November 4 in the afternoon. I have two other clown fish only in the 30.5-gallon Fluval tank. Clownfish which I have had for over a year are thriving and the puffer is sagging to the bottom. It looks as it will die soon. Water level: 1.024, temperature at 75.5 degrees, PH is good. Don't UNDERSTAND. Last water change was a week ago.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this Petco. If it wasn’t because my cat really needed his shots, I would’ve left a rebooked somewhere else. All the workers including VETCO workers look like they do not want to work there. Go to the bay shore location instead!!!

Super clean general store. I like the blue buffalo guy, he's sweet and helpful. Many options for food, treats, scents, Halloween, fish. I would prefer baths go half price or lower...its seriously way overpriced...i wanted to tip but it was 90$ for a bath, nails, face,toe,butt trim....wow. all stores raised prices for no reason. Nail , coat grooming and grooming staff is great. All Staff is so so so nice and helpful.

I put together the cage last night and the two little guys are in there and they have their own air conditioner. I love those two little guys. I haven't come up with names yet but they're still a little nervous around me I was petting them but I went to pick up the black and white and he got a little nervous so I'm going to just take it slow for now. They have their their food and a nice dish they got their water bottle and I think they're going to be happy. Very soon I'll take pictures of them and send them to you. I found the employees very helpful and knowledgeable about fish. Some fish didn't look great...but I think that's with most pet stores. Unfortunately they all don't make it. But overall will return for my beta tank needs.

Excellent service by the groomer she was fantastic very nice I was attentive to what what I need were for my my dog she was great to my dog and it’s just so gentle and wonderful the people who work there are the manager there is fantastic the girls the people they’re all great people you know give them a raise OK

Havent used Petco in years for my pet supplies but my daughter wanted a bird and they were the only ones with them available. Let me tell you John was AMAZING!! Not only was he super nice when I called to get information but when I brought my daughter in he was so nice and patient with us. We obviously had a million questions and he was so nice about it. We had to go and set up the cage and when we came back he even helped us finish up the process even though he was done working. From start to finish this was probably the best experience I've had at Petco. We will definitely be back to this location!!

The sales associate (I wish I could remember her name) was so helpful. I needed a food that I could put medication in for my cat. She helped me find a tube of almost liquid tuna which worked with my cat Lola's medication.

was just in here looking to buy a parrot. waited for about 20 for help went to the front end of the store to ask for help which she put on the speaker that i needed help with the birds and i continued to wait 15-20 mins longer for not one employee to show up and help me. ridiculousness. not like the store was even the slightest bit busy either. poorly ran operation.

I ordered three bags of chicken flavor dog food and I forgot I wanted to do a beef flavor. So I had to exchange one bag and the sales associates were so nice and helpful. She helped me pick a dog food and helped me do the exchange. I had both my dogs with me so she literally did everything for me. She took my card out of my wallet for me and everything. She was super great! And then she followed me to my car and helped me put the food in the car. Amazing customer service!

We bought our two guinea pigs here and we love them. Heather helped us and she is so knowledgeable and helpful with caring for the piggies, the other staff are also super friendly and hilarious to talk to. A very welcoming store and always have what I need.
