Convenient place to buy inexpensive food if you are near the Collins/Gowanda area. They carry imported pasta, dried fruits and nuts, Bulgarian ajvar, and Turkish fruit spreads all for just a couple of dollars each. A hidden gem for pantry staples, especially when you're on a tight budget. The folks who work there are really friendly, too!

Very clean store with outstanding employees.. one thing I noticed some of the food products have very short dates and need to be rotated better.

Went to my local big lots. Picked out sofa. They told me they don't have in stock. I said sell me floor model, they said they won't because I can order to the store. 3-6 months wait. I said I need sofa now not in half a year. They advised Collins store had sofa, but would not ship to my local store. Drove 1 hour, picked up sofa. Unboxed and saw damage to leather. Box was damaged and sofa not protected in box, poor packing. I called Collins store asked what they could do. They told me nothing. They advised to bring sofa back. Big, heavy, 50 miles away. Not practical. Did not even offer to send patch kit or knock 50$ off of the damaged 900$ sofa. Not cool. Terrible service. Skip big lots.

I was just in this store about an hour and a half ago trying to purchase a Broyhill sectional but was told by Joshua that they only had half of one there, not the entire set. Odd, but we moved on. Other sectionals were also not available here. He tried to call a couple other stores but said he was "hung up on" when we asked him again. Sensing that we wouldnt have any luck at this store we left and went to Chaffee. My husband asked the furniture associate there about the Broyhill sectional we had originally had our eyes on but unfortunately they werent in stock there eithet but he did say that Collins supposedly had one half of one which he thought was odd. Feeling something was off, i called the Collins store, explained what i was looking for as the original associate had clocked out and left while we were still there, so this was someone new. I was told that that sectional had JUST BEEN SOLD to another customer after we had left and it was the last one! This has got to be some kind of joke. This store is brand new, and these mistakes should NOT happen. Checking your inventory correctly would have given this inept associate the answer! Great way to aggravate the people in your very small community who will NEVER step foot in this store ever again!!

Some of the price tags are wrong when you get to the counter make sure you don't get over charged on clearance sale stuff.

It was our first time coming here at Big lots we were in the neighborhood and thought let's go in there and see what it's like and I thought it was nice in them it is expensive somewhat as long as you can catch the sales stuff in there the parking lot was dead with nobody really in it and you can't tell if they're open or not

Nicely done inside.. Well stocked and product nice and even on shelves... Beautiful large repaved parking lot... Nice to see the gold ames building being reused. Still clean and nicely stocked...still a nice store
