When I first walk in the store, the store just give me a Emily in Paris vibe “ fake Parisian” style. I just saw cute hats and wanted to try it on. She stared at me the whole time. So I politely ask her if I could try it on. She said the hat is very expensive because it is cashmere. Funny , guess how much $98. So she doesn’t think I could afford or she think she priced to high.U might have cute hat, but ur customer service skill 0. 👏

This is such a cute store! Lovely selection of women’s clothing as well as coffee, pastries and bagels! The owner is lovely and friendly as well, and you can see she cares about her space and takes great care with it.

Great shop. Very down to earth and fun. I had a similar experience as the reviewer who dumped their coffee from the shop next door, only to get a better cup here. I didn't notice this shop right away! I'm glad the owner still had a few bagels left in the afternoon, as I was hungry and the place next door was overpriced and not as good.

I thought this place was just a stylish clothing store so I ended up having a really bad coffee from the cafe next door but I really wanted a good cup of coffee so I dumped out the coffee I got from the other place and got another one from here and It was very satisfying 😌It is hard to notice they have a cafe inside though, I think they can put the “cafe” sign in a bigger font size or something otherwise it just looks like a clothing store. Hope they don’t miss out on a lot of customers because of it.

I stopped in Paulette's today on my way home from Saratoga!The coffee aroma (which is served in store) that wafted onto the sidewalk led me into the shop where there were beautiful assortments of leather bags and pitcher and cup sets in varied colors, among clothing and other items.The store was exceptionally clean and I was advised if I wanted to try anything on, it would be steamed before it was placed back on the rack.I was warmed by the hospitality I received by the lovely woman tending the store who let me use the rest room and promptly went in when I was finished and sanitized!I am so impressed with Paulette's protocol regarding the covid guidelines!Can't wait to go back to this pet friendly town that is so quaint and stop into Paulette's, again!

I saw the Irving farm coffee bean bags from the street and had to give it a try! Irving doesn't often let coffee shops use their stuff. It was great!This place is clean and well decorated too.

One of the most charming shops in Cold Spring! We had a wonderful coffee and well deserved shopping break after our hike. We'll definitely return when we pass through again.

Every time I visit this charming village I make it a point to visit this local home of cool. French Paulette fills her namesake emporium with perfectly curated women's and men's hip casuals, unusual home goods and gorgeous jewelry and accessories, Don't forget the delicious cafe if you need a calm relaxing spot to hang out. I love it.

Paulette in Cold Spring is my favorite store. They have the most wonderful clothing and gifts. I always find something for myself or for a present. The owner, Jacqueline, is always super helpful and charming. Tres chic experience!

Very Disappointed from this store. Just bought 2 bags of Irving Farm Coffees and she over charged us $10. On Irving farms website it’s $15 a bag. The women charged us 45 dollars for 2 bags of coffee. Order directly from Irving farms website. Also the women gave us the wrong coffee too. I am about 40 mins away and I open the bag when I get home and it’s the wrong bag we asked for. Disappointed for sure. Over priced.

Beautiful shop with great fashion items. I purchased a top which was perfect and the coffee is outstanding. The owner is so energetic and also pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone.

Great store in Cold Spring on Main Street . Nice light open space tastefully decorated. Fashionable clothing and some nice houseware items. Good prices, with coffee and pastries as an added bonus to purchase. Wonderful staff to help you.
